Y/n LupinXJames Potter Part 7

(Remus' P.O.V)

I can't believe that little rat!

I couldn't hear any more; I was seeing red. I stormed out; I knew Peter was probably in Headmaster Dumbledore's office. I wanted with all my heart to go and hurt him, but I knew there would be Professors standing by. As I paced, James and Sirius came back.

"What's going on, mate?" James asked, walking over with a bag in his arms.

"He hurt her. I should have been there. She needed me, and I was asleep in my dorm." I sighed.

"Let's go be with her. She needs her brother, and her boyfriend." I hardly registered his joke as I pushed the doors back open.

My parents were now sitting in Madam Pomfrey's office talking to the professors while Y/n was sat on the bed alone crying.

James and I immediately ran to her side pulling her into a hug.

(James' P.O.V)

Seeing Y/n so hurt broke me. As soon as I saw Y/n sitting there all alone. I ran to her side as quickly as possible Remus, and I held her tight for a while.

"I will never let anyone hurt you again!" Remus promised before storming out again.

I followed him out.

"Where are you going?" I asked as the doors once again swung shut.

"To punch the shit out of Pettigrew. He cannot rape my sister and get away with it!" Remus's veins looked they were going to explode.

"HE DID WHAT??" I push past Remus as we both leaped up the stairs.

(Sirius' P.O.V)

Moony and Padfoot left the room leaving Y/n and I behind.

"So we grabbed Moony for you." I said reaching for the bag James had brought back with us.

Y/n and I had never spent time alone together. She is my best-friends little sister if it weren't for that our paths would never have crossed.

"Thank you, Sirius!" She took the wolf hugging it close.

"I'll go see where the others went while you change." I got up and walked out after handing Y/n the clothes.

I was lucky I had the map as I made my way outside, I pulled the map out and followed it to find the boys in the headmaster's office with Peter.

(3rd Person P.O.V)

A lot had happened at Hogwarts in the past couple days, it would all finally be coming to an end with Peter expected to leave in a couple hours, the Lupin's planning on staying till Y/n had had time to heal physically and mentally. Of course, Y/n didn't want them there so when her friends once again got up and left her parents scurried back over, she found herself missing her brother and her brother's best friend who both felt so guilty for what happened.

As Y/n sat with her thoughts Remus and James reached the statue that guarded the headmasters office and therefore guarded Pettigrew.

James had been in so much trouble for pranks he pulled and for dragging Remus and Y/n into them that he knew the password. He let them in and as they got up there stairs, they pressed their heads to the door listening trying to work out who was in there.

There were two Professors standing guard. The two boys could just make out the conversation being had.

"I wonder what he did to warrant expulsion." A female voice asked they couldn't quite make out who.

"That's none of our business, more importantly why are we standing guard? Where is Dumbledore?" Now that dry voice was recognizable it put everyone to sleep, Professor Binns.

Professor Burbage yawned, it was only a matter of time before Professor Binns put her to sleep, the boys stood outside knew this, they also knew how to get rid of Professor Binns once Professor Burbage had fallen asleep.

They just had to sit and wait.

The two boys were right about one thing, as Professor Burbage yawned one last time and fell asleep it would have been the perfect time for Remus to walk in and ask for help with classwork but just at that moment Sirius walked up the stairs.

"What's up my brothers!" James and Remus glared at Sirius as there was shuffling inside before the door opened.

"Mr. Lupin, Mr. Potter and Mr. Black what is going on here?" The three of them froze.

"Headmaster Dumbledore asked us to come get you..." Remus started.

"He needed a book; he believes you might have it." James continued.

"Yes, one about the school rules, he wanted you to sit down with Sirius and teach him the schools' rules." Remus spoke again.

"Yes, it was his prank that got Peter into trouble." James smirked at his friend.

"Oi! I have nothing to do with it!" Sirius put his hands up in surrender.

"Well come on Mr. Black." The Professor led the boy away as his friends snuck into the office.

"Well, that worked" James laughed, Remus on the other hand glared at Peter.

"James, Remus. Surely you don't believe what they are saying. I would never!" Peter started.

"You're saying you would never tie up my sister and rape her?" Remus snarled.

"We wouldn't believe you for a damn second Peter, Y/n told us what happened." James barked.

"You wouldn't hurt me, would you? Wouldn't let them expel me? I know your secrets. You wouldn't want them getting out."

"Y/n means so much more than anything in this world, you can tell everyone about me being a werewolf and I don't care, I will end you for what you did to her." It took everything in Remus not to rip Pettigrew apart then and there.

The two boys circled Pettigrew like predators circling prey ready to pounce.

"Sirius and I feel the same, what you did to Y/n crossed the line massively." The two boys made eye contact, and both pounced at Pettigrew as he shifted into his rat form running away.

"YOU LITTLE RAT YOU HURT MY SISTER!" Remus yelled as they chased him out of the door and down the stairs.

(James' P.O.V)

I had been mad when Y/n told us, but it wasn't until I saw that slimy git that I realized just how pissed I was. I had spent the last couple months getting to know Y/n, she was the sweetest kindest person ever, she was so innocent, she did everything to keep her brother and everyone else happy and he had taken that from her.

I wanted to rip that gits head off. Nothing else would make me happier.
