Y/n LupinXJames Potter Part 6

(So I originally started this book three years ago, but then people started asking for more, and I got obsessed with it. I stopped it at a cliffhanger again, and as I was working on another chapter, this story popped into my head, so I reread it and... if I end up making ten parts to this, do you think I should make it into a story? As you know, I'm terrible at updating, but I would have already written the first ten chapters. I would also edit these chapters in the actual book. Should I do it?? Comment if you want this to become a book.)

(James P.O.V)

"I shouldn't have left you alone!" I let go, stepping back.

I don't know what happened last night after I left, but I do know I could have stopped it if I had just stayed, and for that, I felt so guilty.

Y/n moved over on the bed patting the space next to her, I sat down next to her as she put her head on my shoulder.

"Y/n what happened?" I asked laying head on hers.

I felt her head shake no.

Sirius and Remus quickly returned. I moved away letting Remus take my spot next to his sister. He wrapped his arms around her and she buried her head in his neck. We sat in silence till Headmaster Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall scurried passed. The blinds were open in Madam Pomfrey's office so we could see them talking. McGonagall collapsed into a seat she looked mortified.

So many scenarios ran through my head at ones. What did he do to her? I watched Headmaster Dumbledore move towards the fire place and speak into it before he made his way out to us.

"Miss Lupin, your parents will be along shortly. All four of you have been excluded from classes today. I suggest you boys go change. Miss Lupin should speak to her parents alone." I looked over at Y/n as she grabbed her brother's arm not wanting him to leave.

"How about we go get you both a change of clothes while the two of you speak to your parents?" I offered.

Y/n nodded loosening her grip on her brother.

"Thank James!" Remus nodded to me as we left.

As the hospital wing swung closed behind us, I watched Y/n shift unconfutable. Sirius and I made our way up to the dorms. We didn't have access to Y/n's dorm so we asked one of the other girls to run up and grab Moony but thought having her go through Y/n's things might be a bit of an evasion of privacy so instead I grabbed a pair of Pj shorts and a t-shirt from my draws.

Remus... we didn't care about privacy with him. We already know everything about him. He can hide nothing from us. Not even the Teddy Bear he hides under his pillow till he thinks we are all asleep. He for some reason never spends a night without it. He hasn't told us about it let alone why.

We grabbed some jeans and a t-shirt from his draws before making our way back to the common room where we met Abbie who had grabbed Moony for us.

We made our way down to the kitchen to ask the house elves for some food.

(Y/n's P.O.V)

Knowing I would have to face my parents, tell them what happened. I felt trapped like the walls were closing in on me. I wished James would just scoop me up and take me away from this place...

Our parents soon appeared in the fire place in Madam Pomfrey's office.

"You ready?" Remus asked.

"No." I mumbled watching our parents run towards us.

"Y/n my baby are you okay?" Mum rushed to my side putting her hand on my cheek.

"Sweetheart!" Remus moved out of the way as Dad sat in his place.

Don't get me wrong I love my parents, but they weren't there, between work and looking after Remus time for me slipped a bit. Remus was there for me more than them. Don't get me wrong they love us both equally but because Remus needed their help and they needed to keep food on the table, besides I was always self-dependent, for the most part.

Headmaster Dumbledore, and Professor McGonagall walked in.

"Now I'm aware that Miss Lupin may not be ready to share the events of last night but for the best care she can get, we need to be aware to be able to give Miss Lupin the best care we can. Earlier this evening another student cornered Miss Lupin in the Astronomy Tower and raped her." I stared at my hands not wanting to look up at my parents or brother.

"Baby!" Mum pulled me closer to her.

"The student has been expelled from the school and will be picked up shortly." Headmaster Dumbledore ashored us.

Before I knew what was going on I heard the door swing open and slam shut.
