(Y/n's P.O.V)

As I entered the Potions classroom, my heart sank. It was Potions, my least favorite lesson, not because Professor Slughorn is my boyfriend, but because I suck at it. We were making a Love Potion today, one of the most complicated potions in the wizarding world. My hands were shaking as I tried to follow the instructions, but my mind kept wandering to Professor Slughorn. Ever since we started dating, I've been making mistakes in Potions class, and today was no different.

As Professor Slughorn walked around the classroom, checking on our progress, I tried to keep my focus. But then, I put the wrong ingredient in at the wrong time, and BOOM, the potion exploded. The force of the explosion was so strong that it knocked over my cauldron, and the potion splashed on my leg. The pain was intense, and I couldn't help but cry out.Professor Slughorn rushed to my side in seconds, his eyes filled with concern.

"Is everyone okay?" he asked, looking around the room.

"Yeah, it didn't splash too far," I replied, trying to hide my embarrassment.

The slimy potion dripping onto the ground started to pop, creating a putrid smell that filled the room. It was worse than the smell of my brother's baked beans, which was already unbearable. We had to evacuate the potion room, but the smell spread throughout the castle, and soon, it took over Hogwarts. The professors tried everything to eliminate the smell, but nothing seemed to work.

As night fell, we found ourselves on the Hogwarts grounds, camping out in tents. It was an unusual experience, but we made the best of it. Tents were set up, and it was two to a tent. I was lucky enough to share a tent with Professor Slughorn, who made me feel safe and protected. We stayed up late, roasting marshmallows and eating s'mores, trying to forget about the events of the day. But then, Dumbledore got up for his usual speech, and the mood changed.

"Everyone listen up; we are all excited to have a campout. I wanted to know how many of you would like this to be a termly thing?" he announced, and everyone cheered, except for the Slytherins, who glared at me.

As we headed to our tents, ready for bed, I couldn't help but feel nervous. There were not enough students for us all to share tents, so I had to share a tent with a teacher. But luckily, I ended up sharing a tent with Professor Slughorn, who made me feel safe and comfortable. As I climbed into the tent, I snuggled into my sleeping bag, and heard Professor Slughorn enter and get ready. The air was cold, and I shivered, but Professor Slughorn wrapped his arm around me, and I felt warm and protected.

"Did any of the potions hit you?" he asked, sitting down on his sleeping bag.

As I rolled over to face him, I regretted it straight away. I had rolled onto my leg, and the pain was intense.

"I got splashed, but it didn't hit me too badly," I replied, trying to be brave.

He saw my grimace and approached me, unzipping my sleeping bag to see my leg.

"Y/n, you should have told me you got splashed. It won't heal as fast now that it's been sitting for a while." He pulled a potion from his bag and covered my leg with it, and I felt the pain start to subside.

We both lay down, ready for bed. He moved his sleeping bag closer and wrapped his arm around my waist.

"Good night, my love," he whispered into my ear, and I felt my heart skip a beat.

"Good night, Professor," I replied, feeling safe and secure in his embrace.

But even though I was exhausted, I couldn't sleep. I lay awake all night, unable to stop thinking about the events of the day and my love for Professor Slughorn
