Y/n has been in the hospital wing for a couple of days now. She had refused to see me, but I had still been by to check on her three times a day, maybe more, depending on my schedule that day. Madam Pomfrey said she should be ready to leave today and be healed enough to head home for the holidays. I grabbed breakfast before heading over, bringing some for her. Yes, you get food while in the Hospital Wing, they wouldn't starve you but it's rarely enough.

As I made my way in Y/n was standing packing the couple of her belongings.

"Y/n, you ready to go?" I asked.

"Umm, yeah." She headed for the door her head hung low; I followed behind her.

"Harry!" Cho called as she ran towards us, I had been avoiding her since that day.

"Cho, I've been meaning to talk to you." I stopped grabbing Y/n's hand as I turned to Cho. "I understand that you're grieving but you took it too far the other day. I feel for you I really do. What you're going through is a lot but I'm in love with Y/n, I want her and no one else, I want Y/n to be my forever."

I withdrew the promise ring from my pocket placing it on Y/n's finger.

"Omg Harry!" Y/n pressed her lips against mine.

"I wanted to give it to you that day, that's why I asked you to meet me.  I love you Y/n Y/l/n!" I leant in and kissed her.

Cho stomped her foot and shrieked before storming away. Y/n giggled into the kiss as I my hand reached up resting on the back of the neck deepening the kiss. Her arms wrapped around my neck, as she pulled away our lips parting as she rests her head on mind.

"I love you Harry, so so much my love!" She told me." I-i'm sorry I doubted you."

"Don't worry about it babe! I know what it looked like. You reacted the same way I would have, if not better. I probably would have slapped anyone you kissed." I pressed my lips to her forehead.

"I wouldn't dream of kissing anyone else." She laughed taking hold of my hand. "It's time to head home for Christmas if your still coming?"

"Of course, I am. I wouldn't miss it for a anything in this world!" I smiled.

"Not even to stay here with just me?" She smirked, winking at me.

"Well, if that's an option... I'm kidding! I can't wait to spend Christmas with your family!" I joked wrapping an arm around her waist.

I kissed her again before we made our way up to the Gryffindor common room. We finished packing and made our way to the Hogsmeade station.
