(Y/n's P.O.V)
As I stood on the edge of the Quidditch pitch, gazing up at the sky, I couldn't help but feel a sense of belonging. I had always been passionate about flying, but despite my love for the sport, I had never been able to make the Ravenclaw team. My skills were lacking, and I knew that if I wanted to succeed, I would need to put in a lot more effort.
I spent countless hours practicing, but it never seemed to be enough. I would practice at night and during holidays, hoping to improve my skills, but no matter how much I practiced, I still couldn't seem to catch a break. I was starting to lose hope, but deep down, I knew that I couldn't give up. I was determined to make the team and help Ravenclaw win the Quidditch House Cup.
The night before tryouts, I was up late, practicing my moves. I had studied everyone from every team and every player who had tried out for Ravenclaw, but nothing seemed to work. I was about to give up when I heard a voice behind me. It was Madam Hooch, the Quidditch coach. At first, I thought I was in trouble for being out so late, but to my surprise, she offered to teach me some moves to help me make the team. She had been watching me fly since my second year and knew how much it meant to me. I couldn't believe my luck. I had never seen the moves she showed me in a match before. They were unique and unpredictable, and I knew that if I could master them, I would have a better chance of making the team.
We spent the entire night practicing, and Madam Hooch was patient and encouraging. She taught me everything I needed to know, and I was grateful for her help. As the sun began to rise, she led me back to my shared room, and I thanked her from the bottom of my heart. I felt confident that I had a chance of making the team this year, thanks to her.
The next day, I tried out for the team, and to my surprise, I made it. I couldn't believe it. I had worked so hard, and it had finally paid off. We ended up winning every match we played, taking the Quidditch House Cup for Ravenclaw. I was ecstatic. I couldn't have done it without Madam Hooch's help. Even though I still wasn't the best player on the team, I finally felt like I belonged in the sky.
