(Y/n's P.O.V)
It's been months since we left the Burrow, months since we had seen our families. Hi, I'm Y/n, Y/n Y/l/n, I'm a halfblood witch. I've been dating the chosen one, Harry Potter, since the end of our second year.
We attended Bill and Fleur's wedding in August, a joyous occasion that became a nightmare when everyone was attacked. Harry, Hermione, Ron, and I have been on the run since. It's now December 30th, four months and 29 days since we first went on the lam.
Today, we have decided to visit the Lovegood household. Hermione thought Mr. Lovegood might have information.
We went to the Lovegood house; I stood on the hill looking over at the Burrow. I had called the place home for so long to be so close to it yet so far.
Harry wrapped his arm around me as I leaned my head on his shoulder. He directed me towards the steps leading to the Lovegood house.
Hermione knocked on the door. There was shuffling inside. The door opened, and a man stuck his head out. His face was covered in fear, and bags were under his eyes. I had seen him and Luna at the wedding.
When he saw Harry, he let us in, and as we entered, something felt off. I held tight to Harry's hand as we made our way upstairs.
Things were quiet, too quiet.
"Where's Luna?" Hermione asked, clearly sensing that things were off.
We made eye contact as my eyes darted around the room, looking for exits; there was only one the stairs we had come up.
"She will be along shortly." He hummed seemingly distracted, eyes darting around the room.
He made some tea and handed it out to us. I took a sip and nearly spat it back out.
"How may I help you, Mr Potter?" He asked.
----Time skip---
( You know the conversation and story; I'm too tired to try to find it.)
Mr Lovegood went to get more tea.
"Oh, Mr Lovegood, you forgot to boil the water." Ron piped up.
"Huh?" He sent a puzzled look at Ron.
"For the tea," Ron explained.
"Oh," He quickly went down the stairs.
"We really must be going," Hermione said as we followed him downstairs.
"No!" He shouted, moving to block the door.
There was a noise outside, and Mr Lovegood ran outside yelling.
"He's inside! I've got him! He's inside." Mr Lovegood shouted as he ran outside.
The building started shaking, and crashes came from all around. We dropped to the floor, covering our heads.
Hermione reached out, trying to reach Harry's hand as he reached his other hand to hold mine again. We aperated into a forest. What happened next was a blur.
I can't remember who, but someone said He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named name, and suddenly, we were surrounded by snatchers.
"Snatch them!" One of them called as we all ran.
As we ran, we separated; Hermione and Harry went one way and Ron another; I lost them all.
I just kept running; we would find each other soon, but it wasn't long before the snatchers caught up with me. I tried to keep running, but one of them grabbed me, and I thrashed around, trying to get them off me.
