(This one will be odd, but I've been thinking about it a lot lately. I will write the part I have been thinking about for the last couple of months, then work backward to turn this into a story rather than just a thought. I usually have an idea from the start and forget it before I get to it, so this may be written better than normal. I have to work out which character to use.)

(Y/n's P.O.V)

Hi, I'm Y/n. Two years ago, I graduated from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and have returned as a student teacher. I assist all the teachers where needed.

My dear big sister's Husband Micheal has just been released from Azkaban after a month's visit for assault. She has moved so he won't find her and has filed for divorce; she wants nothing to do with him, but alas, he knows me, my schedule, and that my sister would do anything for me.

I had just wrapped up my first class for the day, and having a free period, I decided to walk through the Hogwarts grounds to the Forbidden Forest. I knew there was a risk of Micheal trying to get to me, but I never expected him to show up at Hogwarts and get past the gates momentarily.

As I walked on the outskirts of the forest, I felt a hand grab my arm; it was too big to be a student. I turned, expecting to see another teacher needing my help or something, but I was shocked and even a little frightened to find myself face-to-face with Micheal.

"Let go of me!" I demanded as I tried to pull my arm away, and his grip on me tightened.

"Not so fast. I need your help, and you'll give it to me whether you like it!" I could smell the alcohol on his breath with every word.

"Is everything okay over here?" A familiar voice came from behind me.

"Everything is fine; I'm just asking my sister-in-law if I can keep her sister's gift here till her birthday so as not to ruin the surprise." I began to regret not sharing what had happened with Victor.

Victor's eyes flicked down to my arm, which was red and blue from how tight Michael was holding it. Victor had been brought in to cover Madam Hooch's classes while she took some time off. At this point, I had known him for just seven months, but I had developed a huge crush on him.

"If you're having such a peaceful conversation, you can let go of her arm," Victor told Micheal, who didn't move.

"It's none of your business so that you can leave." Micheal snapped.

"Victor!" My voice is pleading as I whisper out his name.

"Ah, so this is Victor Krum, your little crush!" Micheal cackled.

His cackle sent shivers down my spine as he tightened his grip on my arm, causing tears to well up in my eyes. Victor was in front of me in a matter of moments, pushing Micheal back as he blocked his access to me. Before anything else could happen, Victor turned to me, gently grabbing my hand and leading me back towards the castle. I tensed as I heard Micheal following.

"GET BACK HERE!" He screamed before sending a spell our way, setting the lawn on fire.

Victor swiftly extinguished the fire and blocked any other attacks as one sped past my head. He dragged me up to the castle. He dragged me in and to an abandoned hallway. We stopped to take a breath, and as the adrenaline wore off, I dropped to my knees, allowing the tears to fall. I can't believe he came here; so many questions ran through my head as I cried. What did he want from me? If Victor wasn't there, what would he have done? Will he come back? What if Victor isn't there next time?

Victor crouched down in front of me, putting his hand on my shoulder reassuringly. I didn't feel that I would be able to speak right now, let alone thank him. How could I ever thank him? I don't even know what he saved me from, and thanks to him, I hopefully will never find out. Words could never be enough to show him how much I appreciate his help. I lean closer, wrapping my arms around him.

"It's okay, Y/n! I'm just glad you are okay!" He whispered in my ear as he wrapped his arms around me.

I buried my face in his shoulder as I cried. We sat there for a good ten minutes before either of us spoke.

"Th-thank you." It was all I could manage out.

"Of course, I'm always here if you need me!" Victor paused for a moment. "Who was that, and what did he want?"

"That, that was my sister's soon ex-husband. He has been in Azkaban for a month after I had him locked up because he was a drunk who was hurting my sister. He just got out. I assume he wants my help to find her, but I can't; she's my sister. I have to protect her with my life." I muttered.

"I'll keep you safe, Y/n!" He hesitated a moment. "Is what he said true? About you having a crush on me?" I blushed and turned away. He placed his finger under my chin, soft and gentle, as he lifted my head to make eye contact with me.

He leaned in and kissed my forehead before he let go and stood up. He helped me to my feet.

"Let's go see Dumbledore. Maybe he can arrange for better security, and we can send a letter to the Aurors." Victor leads the way to Dumbledore's office.

All the professors knew the password to Dumbledore's office, so it was easy enough to get in. The way up was silent. Victor knocked on the door, awaiting a reply before entering.

"What brings you two in here at this time?" Dumbledore asked, looking at us over the rim of his half-moon glasses.

"Sorry to bother you, Headmaster Dumbledore." I started.

"We were wondering if you might be able to increase the security as Y/n's sister's.... Maybe it may be easier to say someone wants to harm Y/n and her family. They were here not that long ago.I start to zone out and cling to Victor's arm as we sit. I wanted to think about something other than today's events.
