(This is the very last chapter I have completely rewritten! I've now written nine chapters in one day! I sadly had to delete one because I didn't realise I had already published it! So, for the chapters I will have published over the last week, it is a total of 9,623 words, which isn't that impressive, but for me to write in half a day after not posting much for about two years, I'm rather proud of myself! Other chapters are coming, but those will either be new chapters or a mix of previously written and new ones, so the styles will be very different, but I will make do!)
(3rd Person's P.O.V)
It was Y/n's 6th year at Hogwarts, and her best friend in the entire world was Ginny Weasley. Y/n liked to get into trouble, and who better to help her than her idol's little sister. Y/n looked up to the legendary Weasly Twins. Y/n had been planning another year of pranks, but she wouldn't be pulling any this year. Everyone expected that Professor Minerva McGonagall, the Deputy Headmistress of Hogwarts, would become Headmistress after her predecessor's death, but that was not the case. Printed in the Daily Prophet was an article that the dungeon bat Professor Severus Snape, a known death eater, was going to be taking the job.
But that wasn't at the top of Y/n's priority list right now! For now, she was busy getting Ginny ready for Bill and Fleur's wedding.
"Y/n, does this look okay?" Ginny asked her friend, stepping out of the bathroom. (She is wearing her outfit from the movie)
"Wow! Ginny, you look incredible!" Her friend replied in awe.
"What are you going to wear?" Ginny asked, seeing her friend hadn't gotten changed.
"You will have to wait till the wedding to find out!" Y/n laughed.
"Please!!" Ginny begged.
"No!" Y/n said, turning back to do her make-up.
"Fine!" Ginny sighed, giving up. "I'll see you downstairs!" She huffed before walking out of the room and downstairs.
Y/n finished her make-up before getting changed into her royal blue dress.
She pulled on her black heels.
She put her hair up and headed out of the room. As she reached the stairs, Y/n was careful not to trip, she never normally wore heels, and it was a bit of a struggle at first.
Ginny and Y/n's boyfriend, Harry, was waiting for Y/n at the bottom of the stairs. They both looked at her in awe as she descended the stairs.
"Try not to steal the spotlight from the bride!" Ginny giggled as you reached the bottom of the stairs.
"I'll try not to!" Y/n laughed.
"Hey, Y/n, can I talk to you, please?" Harry asked, his eyes still admiring her dress.
"Of course, Babe!" He held out his hand and led her to the other room. "What's up?" Y/N asked him when we sat on the couch.
"Y/n, I love you, I really, really love you." Harry started.
Y/n smiled at him. "I love you too, Harry!" Y/n's smile faltered as she saw his sad expression.
"I'm not returning to Hogwarts this year." The atmosphere was tense as he spoke.
"We will see each other at Christmas, right?" Y/n asked hopefully.
"I don't know where I will be come Christmas," Harry told her truthfully. "All I know is it will be dangerous. I don't know if I will even make it back alive; for this reason, I can't leave knowing you are here waiting for me to return. I'm sorry, Y/n, but we have to break up!" Tears started trickling down my cheeks as I got up and ran from the room and back upstairs, face-planting into my pillow as I let out a sob.
(I would have written down the dates I wrote this because that is basically how one of my relationships ended. It was over text because he thought he would be going to a different school, but otherwise, it is pretty similar! I'd like to know if I wrote it before we dated or not cause the rest of the chapters had been written the year before we started dating! Did I predict my own breakup?)
I heard Ginny walk into the room moments later and sit on my bed.
"What happened?" She asked as I cried into the pillow.
"H-he broke up with me!" I sobbed.
"NO! He didn't!" Ginny cried in disbelief. "He isn't worthy of you anyway!" She said as she hugged me.
"I love him so much! Why is he so amazing yet so... AHH!!!" I scream into the pillow.
"Who's dying?" Fred asked as he and George walked in.
"Or better yet, who do we have to kill?" George asked, seeing my tear-stained face. The twins were like very overprotective older brothers to me. My parents had been killed by a death eater when I was only little, so the Weasly had taken me in and raised me as one of their own.
"No one," I told them, but I sighed when they gave me the look telling me to say more. "Harry just Broke up with me." I broke into loud sobs once again.
Both boys jumped from where they had sat on Ginny's bed and sprinted for the door. Their wands were drawn as they practically jumped down the stairs, and Ginny and I followed them at a distance.
This couldn't end well.
