Cameras flashed as the Tokyo Governor, Asakura Yuichiro, cut the ribbon before the confetti ball opened and confetti started falling everywhere while a banner that said, {Congratulations Asakura Yuichiro} hung from it and everyone started clapping.
Four female employees holding bouquets of flowers walked over to Asakura and three train security officers and gave them each a bouquet before leaving, the head of the station security, who was one of the officers, and Asakura looked at each other and nodded.
Then the female announcer spoke up, "Now then, Governor Asakura." Asakura looked at her "Please say a few words to the audience." he nodded before he stepped up to the microphone that was set up in front of him as the audience clapped again.

He cleared his throat and smiled before he said, "To the 13 million people of Tokyo, and to railroad fans around the nation, it's the moment you've all been waiting for. The 15th line of the Metropolitan Subway, Toto line 10100, will now begin its inaugural journey!" music started playing.
