Narrator POV~ Somewhere in Tokyo at the streets~

"Ne, how is it coming along Ran?" asked Suzuki Sonoko, Mouri's female childhood friend while walking beside her on the way to their homes since they just finished the school day. Mouri responded by asking "How is what coming along?" to which Suzuki answered "Chocolate of course! Valentine, the big event that comes only once a year."

She made a dreamy face while continuing "Grab a guy's heart with a chocolate that will melt him from the inside." before getting close to Mouri's face at the last part. Mouri responded by saying " Uh... yeah... right." 

Suzuki blinked at that response before saying "You seem kinda out of it." while shoving herself in Mouri's face again to which Mouri responded a little nervously "Eh? Really?" before Suzuki remembered something and leaned back away from her friend's face and said "I know! He'll be perfect for you."

Mouri, confused, asked "Who's he?" to which Suzuki leaned in a little and answered "Remember those 2 guys... who bumped into us at the coffee shop? They said they were medical students at the Beika University. Especially Minagawa-san. He's hot. And yeah... The other one was Wakamatsu-san. He's perfect for you."

Hearing that, Mouri exclaimed "What?" to which Suzuki said "He seemed to like you a lot." at that Mouri let out a suffering sigh. As if he was summoned the mentioned Mouri-fanboy drove next to them in his car, got out, waved, and said "Hi Ran-san. I've been looking for you." sounding and looking happy.

When Mouri saw him, a shiver of disgust ran down her spine while Suzuki said "GOOD TIMING. Right?" she asked the last part to Mouri who just looked at her with a look that said "NO!".

Meanwhile, in a street nearby, the Shounen Tanteidan were advertising themselves by trying to get people to take some of their fliers so they could get cases to solve.

 The problem was, no one really needed help with anything plus the way they were encouraging people to take one of their fliers was... well childish, it doesn't make them sound like a detective group at all.

"We will solve any case right away!" said Ayumi while waving one of the papers in the air, Genta is waving one of his papers in the air while saying "Anybody with problems can count on us Detective boys." whereas Mitsuhiko is giving papers to every passerby that comes near him.
