AN: Welp, it's time for this movie. Hope you like the new ending. The sneakers are purple, she's wearing her watch, and the girl in the pic already has a pink cap on so... Oh yeah, she's wearing this outfit in the nightmare at the beginning too. Now let's start the chapter!

Narrator pov. In Conan's nightmare~

Inside the apartment, at night, the tv was on and it was showing the news about the Tanabata fair at the Touto tower while Edogawa was checking his bag for the trip with the kids tomorrow while talking to Genta on the phone. Irene was down at the agency feeding Yuki her dinner.

Genta must've reminded Edogawa about the time they're meeting tomorrow since he said, "I know. Meet at Hakase's at 4:00 am, right?" Genta reminded him not to be late and he replied, "You too, Genta. Don't be late. Ja na." then he hung up.

He mumbled, "Now, I just need a flashlight." he stood up and went down to the agency to get it. He greeted Irene when he saw her before he started looking through the drawers for the flashlight while he mumbled, "Etto, I think... I remember it being in this drawer..."

He opened the second drawer and spotted the flashlight immediately as he picked it up "Got it." noise came from outside then which caught his attention, he heard Yuki let out a coo and Irene stroking her feathers gently.

He asked, "Who's there? Ran-neechan?" he placed the flashlight back inside the drawer and walked over to the door while he mumbled, "Occhan's still out for mahjong, so it can't be him." he opened the door and peeked out both downstairs and upstairs before he said, "Just my imagination?" as he stepped back inside and closed the door and turned back inside. 

Only to see Gin grinning his sadistic grin at him, right in front of his face. He gasped in shock but before he could scream, Gin covered his mouth with his hand while pushing him against the door.
