Accidents Are A Great Way To Meet Your Idol

So, your girl got in an accident while ATVing, so with my concussion not slowing me down even remotely cuz I'm definitely just fine, have this one-shot :D

What just happened? I blinked slowly, waiting for the pain in my head to lighten and the bright lights to dim. My ears were ringing as I tried to look around and I felt something slick slide down my face. The pressure was building in my head, like I was hanging upside down for several minutes, and I wiped my eyes to try to make sense of what was around me.

My vision was shattered- wait, no, I was looking out a window. It was my car window. Spiderwebs danced along the glass, and I wondered how it hadn't spit glass everywhere. I felt something wet drip from my face down to the ground, and I tilted my head to look up. I was hanging upside down, my seatbelt the only reason I wasn't pressed against the broken glass of my windshield. I watched another drop of red plop onto the glass and it found its way into the cracks, giving the spiderwebs a blood red tinge.

My ears finally stopped ringing and I could hear people shouting, someone screaming, as well as plenty of cars honking. I turned to look but I couldn't see anything but the inside of my vehicle due to the cracks littering the windows. I heard my heartbeat in my ears as I remembered: I was driving to school after my weekend at home when...something hit me. I got in a car accident.

The pain in my head seemed to triple as I grimaced and held a hand to it, feeling blood coat my fingers. I was in so much pain, and the seatbelt was digging into my shoulder as it held my weight, and I fumbled for the button to release it. I found it and ripped the seatbelt off, making me fall onto the broken glass beneath me. I inhaled sharply, feeling the fresh cuts along my hands and arms sting. But the pressure finally seemed to lighten in my head as the blood moved freely to the rest of my body.

I took a couple long seconds to just catch my breath before reaching for my door handle. I tried it a couple times before crawling towards it and shoving my shoulder into it. It refused to budge. Feeling my breath come out in gasps, I shoved my hand through the door window and the glass scattered. Most of it landed right next to me as I realized I was looking at the girth of a flaming semi truck. I was trapped.

I put a hand to my head, feeling the blood continue to pool out of me. I was trapped! I frantically looked around, my heart beating impossibly faster. Where were the medics? The firefighters? Gosh, I'd even take a random civilian that had no clue what they were doing! Someone had to be coming to help me, right?

"Help!" I croaked out, my mouth feeling impossibly dry. "Someone please help!" But straining my voice felt pointless. I could barely hear myself. I was trapped.

I couldn't get comfortable on the roof of my car as I had no choice but to wait. The only way out other than through the semi was the passenger side, but the semi must've pushed my car into something else because that side was crunched. The passenger door was bent at an awkward open angle and I could see the morning sunlight lighting the world outside.

I didn't even realize how fast I was breathing until I felt my stomach muscles whine in pain. I tried to calm myself down, rationing that it was only a matter of time before the medics would arrive, but the blood didn't stop slipping through my fingers and I was in too much pain to think straight anyway. I tried to move my left arm and instantly cried out in pain, looking down at it to see a very clear break in the humerus. My breathing quickened even more and I felt lightheaded.

"Poor bastard." There was a voice right outside my car. "There's no way they survived that."

"The semi pushed them all the way into the other car. I just hope they went quickly." Another voice joined in before I could hear faint footsteps walking away. I tried to force a noise out, to tell them I was still here, but their voices were too far away and my voice couldn't seem to break a whisper. I needed to show them I was still alive. I needed someone to help me.
