I'm sorry the recent one-shots were bad, here's a (hopefully) better one to make up for it.

(F/S) = favorite TV show or show that you love and will geek-out about

You weren't jealous. You had never been jealous, and you never would be. You simply thought that Peter shouldn't be dating Liz.

As you sat on your bed in your room alone with your thoughts, phone in hand, you sighed. You weren't being fair. Sure Liz was older than himーwhereas you were the same ageーbut she deserved to be happy, and so did he. They had been together since homecoming, proving himself as an amazing person when he helped her through what happened with Dad; he helped your whole family, actually. With his help your family didn't have to move away.

But that meant he got to date Liz and she could rub in your face that he was hers. Of course you knew she didn't do it on purpose, and if she knew you liked Peter, she'd probably try to keep their relationship more hidden from you for your own sake.

A knock at the front door pulled you from your thoughts. You tossed your phoneーwhich you had been staring through while you thoughtーonto your bed and stampeded down the stairs to the door. You opened the door and there stood Peter and Ned.

You locked eyes with Peter and you swear your heart skipped a beat. He smiled that gorgeous smile of his and said, "Hi." You grinned like an idiot and waved. Ned looked between the two of you, and after a few more seconds, he cleared his throat. Your eyes snapped to him as your cheeks became a little pink.

"Hey Ned," you said, then backed up and opened the door wider. "Come on in." They did and you shut the door after them. Liz walked in with a large smile and at the sight of her, Peter smiled too. You watched as your sister came over and gave him a kissーto which you and Ned both awkwardly looked away.

"Why did you guys come over?" You whispered to Ned as your sister and Peter talked.

He leaned over. "Liz invited Pete and he said I should come with."

"Do you know why Liz wanted him to come over?" He merely shrugged. Liz turned her gaze to you and Ned.

"You're welcome to hang out with us if you'd like, Ned." She shot you a wink. "You too (Y/N)."

"What are you two doing?" You asked as she led you all to the family room.

"We've got a project that's due Monday in the one class we have together."

"Fun." You didn't meant it. "How long do you think it'll take?"

"A couple hours. Why?" She sat down on the couch and grabbed her folder and notebook off the coffee table.

"My show is on tonight." Liz made an 'O' face and nodded. Peter looked between the two of you.

"What show?"

"(F/S)."

"I love that show!" Peter's eyes lit up.

"Me too!" Ned said. "My favorite part was when (Main/Character) did the thing at the end of season (Newest/Season) and-"

"No spoilers!" You held a finger up. "I haven't finished season (Newest/Season) yet."

"I love (F/S) so much," Ned fell into the chair behind him. You took a seat next to him to continue discussing previous seasons/episodes in the show and decisions the characters made while Peter and Liz looked on.

"She's such a nerd," Liz mumbled affectionately, shaking her head.

"Yeah..." As much as Peter tried, he couldn't stop staring. You and your sister were both very pretty, but it was always you that never failed to make him stop in his tracks and stare. Why was that?
