I wrote this with Peaches (my hedgehog) sleeping in my right hand so my non-dominant hand had to type pretty much everything.

"Who are you texting?" Tony asked, noticing Peter smiling at his phone. Peter abruptly looked up from his spot on the couch, the smile disappearing immediately.

"Nobody," he replied. Tony's eyes narrowed and Peter avoided his gaze.

"Are you lying to me?"

"...Yes."

"Who is she?"

"How do you know it's a girl?"

"Why else would you hide it from me?" He had a point. "Are you interested in this girl?"

Peter awkwardly shrugged. "I guess you could say that." Tony grinned; Peter wasn't sure if he should be worried.

"Ask her out!"

"What?" the boy sputtered.

"It's the only way you'll know if she likes you back."

"It's a little late for that," he muttered.

"What?" Tony leaned forward.

"She's my girlfriend."

Silence.

"No way," Tony said under his breath.

"You don't have to believe me-"

"Kid, I don't." Peter sent him a look as Tony held up his hands in surrender. "Wait, didn't you like that Liz girl?"

"It's not her." Tony rose an eyebrow. It was unbelievable girls even paid attention to him, but there was one that pitied him enough to go out with him? Peter, seeing he wasn't getting to Stark, typed something on his phone. He received a speedy reply to his text. "Here, I'll show you." Tony took a seat beside him as Peter sent a FaceTime request. It was promptly accepted and a beautiful girl appeared on the screen. Tony's jaw visibly dropped a couple inches.

"Hey Pete," she said, smiling.

"Hi (Y/N)." Peter tilted the phone so she could see Tony. "This is-"

"Tony Stark!" she finished for him. "You should've told me he was there, I would've liked to look decent." She tried to fix her appearance hastily.

"You always look great."

A rosy color painted her cheeks. "Thanks." There was a brief pause as both teens stared at each other, smiling, before Tony cleared his throat.

Peter said, "Right, so, Mr. Stark thought I was lying when I told him I have a girlfriend."

(Y/N) turned to Tony. "Well Mr. Stark, as you can see, I am not just a figment of Peter's imagination."

"Indeed you aren't," Tony agreed.

"If that's all you need me for, Peter, then I have to go." She glanced at something off-screen.

"Alright, bye, love you!" Peter waved.

"Love you too." She blew a kiss at the camera then ended the call. He turned to Tony smugly as the billionaire rolled his eyes.

"Fine, she's pretty......But I could do better than that." As he quickly retreated from the room, he heard Peter's shout of:

"This isn't a competition!"
