"I'm gonna die!" That was the first thing Peter heard when he showed up at your cabin to spend the weekend. As he got out of Aunt May's car, he got a good view of the many trees that dotted the land and the big cabin made of pine trees from the very property he stood on. Now, if he hadn't seen you and your younger sister swinging on a hammock, your sister nearly falling off when she shouted the words, he would've thought someone was actually in iminate danger.

Your laughter rang throughout the air as you righted the hammock back so it was level and your sister couldn't fall off as easily. Katelyn righted herself and sat back, panting lightly from the exertion. She spotted Peter before you did and waved.

"Hey!" You turned to see what she was looking at and smiled.

"Hey Peter, May!" You shifted to the side of the hammock and dropped to the forest floor, barefoot. You made your way over, watching the ground so you didn't step on anything sharp, pointy, and/or small and hard. "If you got here any later Katelyn might've fallen off."

"That's not true," said sister rolled her eyes.

"I'm glad you could make it," you looked at Peter. Your words held deeper meaning than what everyone but you two thought. You knew of Peter's role as the new superhero, and him leaving Queens to have a weekend away meant not being able to protect the city. He said he could probably take a little time away and you thought he deserved a break.

"This is a nice place," May commented, scanning the surrounding area. The cabin was built nice and tall, well suited for years to come, and off to the side was a small playground that your younger cousins would sometimes play on when they came out. The cabin and surrounding 100 acres of land was owned by your grandparents but anyone was welcome to come down in the family.

Most of the 100 acres consisted of forest. The cabin was placed on a patch of land above the rest, and to get to the rest of the property one had to go down the hill. 'Down the hill' was the phrase everyone used when referring to down there. It was covered in many, many trails on which you drove your ATVs.

The piece of land was next to a river in which your family drove the jetski you bought a few years ago. A common occurrence when your family came down to the cabin for the summer was to drag people around on a tube pulled by the jetski, and it was also your plan for tomorrow. It was evening right now and wasn't exactly worth it to head down there today.

"Come inside," your mom invited the Parkers. After Peter grabbed his bags out of the car they both headed into the cabin; you and Katelyn followed. Your parents showed both of them around and you took Peter up to his spot in the loft afterwards. The loft was a simple place with a couple bunk beds placed facing each other. You and Katelyn were on oneーyou got the top bunkーand Peter got whichever on the other bunk bed.

He set his stuff on the top bunk and you hopped onto your bed. His bed was already set up, courtesy of you.

"I'm heading out Peter!" May called. Peter climbed down the ladder to the kitchen to give his aunt a hug goodbye. Connected to the kitchen like they were the same room was the living room, complete with a couple chairs and a futon. On the kitchen floor was a black grate leading into the dingy basement. The cabin had power and water, but the bathroom was an outhouse outside.

May left and your parents turned to Peter. You swooped in just in time to save him from having to answer a bunch of questions.

"Hey, let's go drive around on an ATV! I want to show you the place," you tugged on his hand and he followed.

"Have fun you two," Mom shouted after you. Once you were outside, you released your friend and led him to where the vehicles were lined up. There was a bright green ATV, a nice blue one, and a fiery red vehicle. You picked the blue one and straddled the seat, hands on the handlebar grips as you gestured behind you with your head.
