"Sooo they know..." Kara said as they readied for bed that night. "Yes they do. And they're happy about it too." Lena replied. "Yes they were...especially our moms. Oh god you don't think they'll start buying things for our baby now do you?" Kara asked. "Knowing them...they'll probably wait till they get back home before ordering things." Lena replied. "Oh I hope they don't go over the top." Kara grumbles as she lays her head on Lena's shoulder. "Oh darling...you know they'll go far over the top..it's Eliza's first grandchild and mom's third..and they went over the top for Lex and Eve's children so I know she'll go over the top for this baby too." Lena cooed. "I hope it's a girl..."Kara whispered. "Really? I think it's gonna be twins..." Lena replied.
Kara shot up in bed her eyes wide. "Twins! Oh god! My poor....oh god....its gonna be so sore...I'll be sooo huge!" Kara gasped. Lena sat up and wrapped her arms around her wife and rubbed her back. "I was only joking darling. But if we do end up with twins I promise to give you as many foot rubs as you want." Lena whispered. Kara shot Lena the puppy dog eyes and the pout. "You mean it?" Kara asked her eyes filling with tears. "Yes darling. I promise to give you a billion foot rubs and a billion back rubs and order and or make every odd food combinations you desire even if I'm up in the middle of the night making you pizza and loading up some chocolate ice cream." Lena replied with a loving smile.
Kara sinks into Lena's arms and silently cries into her pajama shirt. "I love you..." Kara whispered. "I love you too darling. Now...lay back and we'll get some sleep." Lena whispered. They lay back down and Lena wiped Kara's tears away before she began peppering her face with kisses. "Good night love." Lena said as she kissed Kara's lips. Lena then slid down and kissed Kara's abdomen and whispered a 'goodnight' to their growing baby. "Good night Lee..I love you so much." Kara cooed as she nuzzled her face into Lena's neck as sleep over took them.
