Lena was the one to realize that the ballroom doors were locked. However when she asked her mother about it all Lilian would say is that shes having some work done on it. Lena now sat in the dining room next to Kara as they enjoyed the lobster macaroni and cheese and no one dared say anything when Kara poured hot sauce all over it. "How is it?" Lilian asked. "Really good!" Kara replied. "I'm glad! I had the chefs make sure to have the freshest lobster put into it." Lilian replied. "It's really good mom..really." Lena added.

After dinner Lena walked Kara to the room they'd be staying in to help her get ready for bed. "Did you bring my fuzzy socks?" Kara asked. "Yes darling, I did. I also packed your special pillow." Lena replied. "Good...I'm sorry for being such a spoil sport...and not being able to stay up longer..." Kara whispered. Lena quickly wrapped her arms around her and rubbed her back. "Hey...now none of that now...you know I love all of you. And I don't mind going to bed earlier than we used to. It gives me  time to read books from my 'to be read list'. Now come here let me finish helping you getting ready so we can watch a movie and eat your favorite evening snack of pickles and popcorn." Lena whispered.

A little while the women were tucked into bed and Kara was munching on crunchy pickles and popcorn while Lena took handfuls of popcorn here and there while they watched a movie. Meanwhile Eliza and Lilian were busy in the ballroom putting up the decorations so they didn't have to do much tomorrow morning before Lena and Kara got up.

"It looks great! Tomorrow morning we'll fill the balloons and the staff will finish everything up and it'll be perfect!" Lilian stated. "Yes it will be. Com on now, let's go say good night to our girls." Eliza said. "Yes let's! We've got a big day tomorrow...we need our sleep." Lilian added as they began walking to the bedroom where Kara and Lena were in.

Kara was on her side curled into her body pillow with Lena's arms around her from behind. Both softly snoring when Lilian and Eliza walked in. "They look peaceful." Eliza whispered. "Yes they do. Let's go to bed." Lilian replied. Together they left the room and headed off upstairs to their own rooms.
