All the remaining conscious sovereigns have witnessed the birth of a god. The birth of an entity whose power transcends the limits of the world.

"Silas..." Ciaran whispered as he held the warm hands of his lover. Silas was looking at him with a smile etched on his ethereal face. The Vampire King couldn't take his eyes off of the man, it's as if he couldn't see anything else but the gentle expression laid out just for him.

His hold on Silas' hand tightened and he gulped.

'Why am I nervous?' He asked himself as he allowed his body to douse in the presence of his beloved.

Is it because Silas has once more taken a step further the hierarchy of power? Is it because he could no longer feel the same atmosphere he had gotten used to over the days?

It felt like he was standing before something the world shouldn't witness, as if he was holding the hand of an entity that should never be touched.

Amidst his stream of thoughts, Silas didn't speak. Instead, he turned to the other man who was silently kneeling. Slowly, he reached his other hand out until it landed on Perez's head.

A golden magic circle appeared on top of the man's head which emitted the same strange sound that they had been hearing since earlier but this time, it wasn't overwhelming. Perez closed his eyes as he allowed himself to feel the relaxing warmth the light of his god had given him. Once he saw that the young duke was contented and satiated, he turned to the other sovereigns who had flown out of the palace to save themselves from dying.

Ronnovian Belmiunde and Gideon Woodlock were looking at him with eyes wide in disbelief to which he smiled at. Raising the same hand that he used to touch Perez's head with, he offered it to the two men.

That's when his lips opened.

"Come."

All of a sudden, their hearts pounded loudly in their chest. Gideon held his chest and gulped anxiously while Ronnovian coughed.

'What was that...?' The Headmaster thought to himself but he didn't linger on it when he saw that the Sovereign of the Seas had already left his side and instead, appeared in front of Silas in the blink of an eye. "My liege..." Gideon murmured under his breath as similar to what Perez had done, he kneeled and lowered his head.

And just like the Archangel of Light, the Sovereign of the Seas felt Silas' gentle touch upon his head.

In an instant, Gideon was in bliss.

All of his anxiety vanished like a bubble in thin air. His mind became clear and his heightened senses returned to normal. The pounding of his heart reverted to steady beats and his racing thoughts no longer felt like it was in a rush.

The knight sighed in satisfaction.

What was this strange sensation? It felt like a mere touch from Silas himself could alleviate all of his problems.

Once he was steady enough, he opened his eyes and raised his head.

"My liege-" Gideon paused. His eyes widened for a second before a smile made its way on his lips. Memories rushed in his mind as he watched the pair of cerulean eyes stare back at him. "Your eyes have changed once more," the knight pointed out as he lightly laughed.

They were originally a pair of blue eyes. After he became the sole wielder of the light, one had turned to gold. When he finally became the Sovereign of Light after unlocking the young duke's power, both eyes had turned to gold.

But now... they were in sync with the color of the oceans once more.

He didn't know how such thing could happen as his mind is limited to the knowledge he has about his master's power but Gideon's heart was even happier now that he saw the same pair of eyes that he had come to adore all throughout these years.
