I just got the most random idea for an imagine. It's set in parallel universe. I might make this have separate parts idk yet. Thanks for all the reads by the way

10 minutes! My wrist reads 10 minutes. This is so exciting. I stay seated in the large area outside of the cafe. I search through the small crowd of people. Every guy I come across I guess if it's him. You can never be sure. 9 minutes 27 seconds... I wonder who he is, he could be anyone of these men. A man smiles at me and sits down in front me.

"So you must be her" he grins, I look down at his wrist, it says 0 minutes and 10 seconds. Mine still has 9 minutes left.

"Actually I-" I almost say

A woman trips and lands in front of him as soon as his wrist reads 00:00 and the clock disappears.

"Mm sorry" the lady stands up and dusts off her dress. The man stands up and looks at her. I can see the happiness come to his eyes and hers.

"They say nothing, he smiles wide. She smiles back and they walk off together.

Is that how easy it is. He'll just fall and trip into my lap. Why should I be this nervous then. I look at my wrist, 6 minutes. Holy hell! This is torture. The seconds tick by so slowly which makes the anticipation build.

5 minutes 45 seconds.

I should do something, this is weird. I'm just sitting here like I'm about to meet up with someone. I'm not, I'm about to meet the love of my life. I stand up and rub my hands together nervously. I walk into the coffee shop and wait in line to buy a coffee.

"Hi. How can I help you today?" A young woman looking around the age of 17 asks me.

"Just a regular black coffee please" I tell her. 4 minutes 25 seconds, my stomach flips.

"Oh wow, you're getting close to him...or her. I don't judge" she says looking at my wrist.

"Him" I laugh. "I'm so nervous. What do I do? How do I present myself?"

"Just let it come naturally...whatever choice you make won't affect how you or when you meet him" she gives me some sound advice. I look down at her wrist as she hands me my change.

"3 years. 6 days. 12 minutes. 30 seconds."

"I remember when I had that long...I was so irritated that I had that long. Now I wish I had more time" I say putting the money in my purse.

"I can't wait till I have 3 minutes" she smiles. I give her a smile back as she hands me my drink. I grab a stir stick and go back outside. There is someone seating in my seat and I sigh. 2 minutes 5 seconds. My stomach does a back flip and I start shaking. I'm frozen with fear. I look through the small amount of people. Anyone of these guys could be him and I won't even know for 55 seconds....holy shit! 55 seconds. I watch as the clock ticks down and everything seems to slow down in front of me. My eyes search the room as I walk slowly to find a seat. I would like my seat back because I can see the whole cafe from there. I walk up to the man, take a sip of my coffee and say "Sir this is my seat" I look at the man with green piercing eyes and long brown hair. He looks up at me and bites his lip.

"I'm sorry..." He stands up. "I hadn't realized you were sitting here" He coughs. Time speeds up again and I sigh. There is nothing I can consentrate more on then this gorgeous man standing before me. His perfect teeth biting against the surface of his lips. His eyes looking back at mine. His hair blowing in the wind and his tattoos that peak out of his shirt that's half unbuttoned.

"Oh my god" he steps back. "You're her" his eyes widen.
