Tobin's P.O.V.

The team was on its way back from the World Cup in London. It was a long flight and a late one, and most of the girls were on their phones or asleep. Thalia was in the latter category, wrapped in a blanket and curled up against my side. Syd, who was sitting behind us, stuck her head through the gap between the two seats, rolling her eyes. "You two are so cute it makes me want to throw up." she said. I stuck my tongue out at her. "You're just jealous because Dom can't compete with this." "You gotta give it to the kid." Abby said. "She's fucking adorable when she's sleeping." I nodded, laying my temple on top of Thalia's head and falling asleep. I woke up some time later to Abby shaking my shoulder. "We're about to land." she said. "Time to wake the beast." I shook Thalia's shoulder. "Time to wake up, baby girl." I said. Thalia made a small noise of displeasure and buried her face into my side, drawing the blanket tighter around her shoulders. "Come on, baby girl." I said. "Wake up. We're about to land." Thalia woke up, and I put my arm around her shoulder and kissed her. "I love you, Tobin." Thalia said. "I love you too, Thalia." I said. We landed and walked to the baggage claim. I could see how tired Thalia was. The tiny girl kept slapping herself in the face to stay awake. I stopped her, putting a hand on her shoulder. "I'll carry you." I said. "Abby, can you get her backpack please?" Abby nodded, picking up Thalia's backpack. "Cheney and I will get your suitcases." Arod volunteered. "Thanks, Arod." I said, picking Thalia up. The younger girl immediately fell asleep, snuggling into my chest. Abby chuckled. "That is the most adorable thing I've ever seen." she said. "It is." I said, smiling down at my girlfriend. "She reminds me of a kitten when she's asleep. She's just so small and cute." Arod laughed softly, running a hand down Thalia's cheek. Thalia made another small noise of displeasure and buried her face in my chest. We all laughed and went off towards the baggage claim. As we got on the bus after getting our stuff, I kissed Thalia on the top of her head. "I love you baby girl." I said.
