"I'm worried about Thalia." Tobin said. "Why?" Abby asked. "Well, she's been getting kinda distant with everyone lately." Tobin said. "She doesn't eat as much, she doesn't hang out with us a lot, I don't get it. It's so unlike her." "Have you talked to her about it?" Abby asked. "No." Tobin said. "Well, go do that." Abby said. "You might be able to bring her back." Tobin nodded, and went upstairs to the room that she and Thalia shared, which was where the younger girl had been spending most of her time. "Thalia?" she asked as she stepped into the room. There was no answer. Thalia wasn't in the room. On her pillow was a piece of paper and the necklace that Tobin had given her a few months ago. Tobin picked up the paper and began reading.

To whoever reads this:

If you're reading this note, I've probably already gone. I just can't take all this anymore. Tobin, if you're reading this, I'm sorry. You deserve better than me, and I'm sorry for not realizing that sooner. I really did love you, Tobin, but you deserve better. I just wanted to say goodbye. To everyone. I love you guys.

Love,

Thalia Skywalker

P.S: Tobin, the necklace is yours. I want you to have it.

Tobin gasped as she realized what she was holding. Thalia's suicide note. "Abby! Guys!" she yelled, running downstairs. "We need to go! Now!" "What's going on, Tobs?" Hope asked. "Thalia left a suicide note!" Tobin said. "She's going to kill herself! She may have already done it! We have to find her!" "Let's go, then." Abby said. Tobin turned on her phone, and clicked into the function that could track Thalia's phone. She got in the driver's seat, and everyone else piled in behind her. "It seems that Thalia was getting hate on social media." Abby said, looking at her phone. "People were telling her that you deserved better, and that she wasn't beautiful, and stuff like that." "Look!" Carli said, pointing. A small, slim figure was standing on the edge of a cliff, her long black hair blowing in the wind. Tobin parked the car and everyone ran out. "Thalia!" Tobin yelled. The figure turned. "Tobin?" she asked. "What are you doing here?" "I could ask you the same question!" Tobin said. "Don't do it, Thalia." Thalia shook her head. "I can't do this anymore, Tobin." she said. "I love you. And I'm sorry." she leaned back and let herself fall. Tobin wanted to move, but she couldn't. She was glued to the spot. Suddenly, someone ran past her, towards Thalia. Alex caught the young forward's hand just before she fell completely, and pulled her into a hug. Tobin ran forward, and Alex put Thalia into the midfielder's arms. Thalia's small body was shaking with sobs as Abby put her arms around the both of them. Soon, Hope, Carli, Alex, and Pinoe joined the hug, comforting Thalia. Tobin kissed the top of Thalia's head. "I love you, baby girl." she said. "And we deserve each other."
