I Promise Part 2

"You know I'm going to have to tell the team, right?" I asked. Hannah nodded, and I texted Abby to meet in our room. A few minutes later, the forward came in and saw us. "What happened here?" she asked. "I-I was going to k-kill myself." Hannah said, her voice trembling. "Moe saved me." "You what?!" Abby yelled, her eyes flashing angrily. Hannah shrank back from Abby's wrath, and I wrapped my arms around her. "Whoa, back off, Abby." I said. "She promised not to do it again, right Hannah?" Hannah nodded, still scared. "Sorry, kiddo." Abby said. "You just scared me. I'll let Moe take care of you. G'night, lovebirds." "Night Abby." I said. I kissed Hannah. "Let's get you ready for bed, alright?" I asked. Hannah nodded, and I helped her get changed. "Moe, can you sleep with me?" Hannah asked after she had laid down in bed. "Of course." I said. I laid down next to her and wrapped my arms around her body. She was trembling, but stopped as my presence calmed her. "Thanks Moe." Hannah said. "It's nothing." I replied. "Goodnight, baby." "Night, Moe."
