Tobin's P.O.V.

"Hi baby." I said, walking into the house and hugging my girlfriend Thalia. To my surprise, she shoved me away. "Don't 'hi baby' me, Tobin Powell Heath!" she snarled. "Not after what you did!" "Huh?" I asked, confused. "I saw you!" Thalia yelled. "I saw you making out with him! Your tongue was in his mouth!" my heart sank. How had she seen it? That was a mistake. A terrible mistake. "Thalia, I-" I began, but Thalia cut me off. "Don't give me any of that bullshit!" she growled. "I don't want to hear it. Get out!" "Baby, I-" I said, but was cut off again. "You have no right to call me that!" Thalia snapped. "Get out of my house!" "Fine." I said sadly. "Goodbye, Thalia." I started to walk out. "Wait!" Thalia called. I turned, and she took off her necklace with the promise ring I'd given her, and handed it to me. "This obviously doesn't mean much to you." she spat. "So take it back." I put the delicate chain around my neck and left.

Third Person P.O.V.

Alex marched up to the bar where Tobin sat. Tobin grinned stupidly at her best friend. "Hey baby horse." she slurred. "Nice of you to join me." Alex grabbed Tobin's arm, slapping a fifty on the bar as she dragged the middy to her car. Alex drove to her house, where Tobin made a beeline for the bathroom, and puked. "Sit." Alex ordered when Tobin was done, pointing to the couch. Tobin sat. "What'd you do?" Alex demanded. "Why was Thalia crying her eyes out?" "I went to a party last night." Tobin said. "Someone must've spiked my drink. I made out with some random dude. I knew I was doing it. I wanted to stop. But I couldn't. I wasn't able to. Someone probably took a picture or a video or something and sent it to Thalia. She was really upset about it." Tobin pulled the ring from under her shirt. "We were gonna get married, Alex." she said, tearing up. "We were gonna get married, before I went and fucked everything up." Alex walked out of the room and came back with a pen and paper. "Write her a letter." she said.

Thalia's P.O.V.

I went out to get the paper. Ordinarily, that was Tobin's job, but... well, she wasn't here anymore. I missed her a lot. Even though she cheated on me. As I grabbed the paper from the mailbox, I saw an envelope at the bottom with my name written on it in Tobin's familiar handwriting. I picked it up and carried it inside. I sat down on the couch and opened it.

Dear Thalia,

I wanted to say that I'm sorry. I didn't mean to kiss him. I didn't want to. I think someone spiked my drink. I wanted to stop, but I wasn't able to. I love you more than anything, and I want you back. Please. If you want to talk, I'm at Alex's.

Love,

Tobin Powell Heath

I immediately ran out the door. I was still in my pajamas, but I didn't care. I just wanted Tobin back.

Tobin's P.O.V.

I woke up to someone pounding on the door. I got out of bed and opened the door to see Thalia standing there, wearing my UNC hoodie and a pair of boxers. She flung her arms around me, hugging me tight. "I'm sorry." She whispered. "Why?" I asked. "It's my fault." "I shouldn't have lost my temper." Thalia said. "I should have heard you out." "I should have known that my drink was supposed to be dead after I set it down." I said. "Hell, I shouldn't have gone to that party in the first place, I should have just stayed home and watched superhero movies with you, like you wanted to. Do you... uh... wanna get back together?" Thalia nodded, and I slipped her promise ring necklace around her neck, where it belonged. I kissed her gently. "I missed you." I said. "I missed you too."
