Playing mummy

"Oh hi mum" Niamh smiles as she nurses Jordan a little.

"Oh so your playing mummy now" Barbara smiles.

"I'm afriad so, she ran off when I asking her about breastfeeding" Niamh says.

"She can't it's something to do with the medication she's taking to help with her wrists" Barbara explains.

"Sorry what?" Niamh asks.

"She has something wrong with her wrists and she has strong medication to stop the pain while they try and find an alternative" Barbara says.

"Oh flip" Niamh says as her mum sits down.

"Is she going to be okay?" Niamh asks.

"Yeah, it's nothing to worry about...well it's Chloe, so she blows it out of all propotions" Barbara laughs.

Niamh smiles and burps Jordan, "Guess she's not coping well then?" Niamh asks.

"Wouldn't you If you couldn't hold your baby because you were in too much pain" Barbara says.

"That sucks" Niamh sighs.

"Leave her be for a bit, she's not in good form" Barbara says.

"I feel for her mum, I wish I could do something for her" she sighs.

"You can, be there for her" Barbara smiles.

"But how?" Niamh sighs.

Matthew starts to whine and holds his arms out to Niamh. "Talk to her, give her a hand with things just simple things like that! And I hear your maid of honour at the wedding?" Barbara smiles and Niamh nods as she picks Matthew up.

"Yeah I'm excited, makes me think about my own wedding and a date" Niamh says.

"Anything planned yet?" Barbara asks.

"All we know is that we're going to have it over here" Niamh says.

"Aw that's lovely" Barbara smiles.

"I have spoken to Joe about bridesmaids briefly but still no idea" she laughs as she cuddles Matthew.

Barbara smiles as Matthew watches her and reaches out for her. "Ma" he squeals.

"Shh you" Niamh laughs.

Barbara laughs and takes Matthew, Matthew squeals and claps his hands. Niamh laughs as Molly comes over to her.

"Molly" Niamh calls as she comes trotting up to her and lies on her back in front of Niamh indicating that she wants her belly scratched.

Molly licks her arm as he does so, "she still loves you" Barbara smiles.

"I love her" Niamh laughs.

Molly gets back up and kicks Niamh's face before sniffing Matthew next to her.

Matthew looks at Molly a little unsure, "It's just the doggy Matty" Niamh smiles.

Molly licks Matthew's hand and Matthew looks at her still a bit unsure.

"Mama" He squeals.
