Swimming trunks and waterpoof nappies

Niamh has been in Malaysia for a few days now. She has been debating for a few days whether or not to take Matthew in her mums pool and has finally decided that today is the day.

It's currently 6am and both Chloe and Harry are up with Jordan. In the other room is Niamh lying in bed listening to them, she doesn't know if to go help or not.

She decides to go and help them as Matthew is still asleep. She goes into Chloe's room and passes Niall on the way who has just been to the bathroom.

"Oh hello" Niamh smiles as she hugs him.

"You alright wee sis?" Niall laughs as he hugs her.

"I'm good...when did you come home?" she asks.

"Around an hour ago" he laughs.

"Lovely, I'm just checking in on Chloe" Niamh whispers.

Niall nods and smiles "we need a catch up" he says before heading back to his room.

"Get that bloody kid to shut up" he says and Niamh laughs before going into Chloe's room.

She goes in and straight to Jordan without thinking that Harry might be naked. "What the hell are you doing?!" Chloe snaps as she's tired.

"Helping" Niamh says.

Niamh takes Jordan off Chloe and looks over at Harry. He is only just putting his pants on so Niamh reverts her eyes away from him, to
Save her blushes.

"Have you fed him Chlo?" Niamh asks as she nurses Jordan, She nods and sits down.

"He's very warm" Niamh says as she turns the light on.

"Fucksake Niamh" Harry says as it blinds them, Niamh squints and looks over at Harry before focusing back on Jordan.

"Sorry" Niamh says as she watches Harry hug Chloe.

She places her hand on Jordan's stomach and rubs it lightly, this slowly calms him down. "Auntie Niamh clearly knows what she's doing" Harry smiles.

"Just trying" Niamh says.

Chloe smiles a little as her eyes roll in her head as she is so tired reccently.

"You're bound to be, I was for weeks when Matthew came along" Niamh admits.

Niamh ignores her and strips Jordan down. "What are you doing?!" Chloe says.

"I think he may have a touch of collic" Niamh says as she rubs Jordans tummy and lies him on the bed.

Niamh smiles at Chloe and carries on until he's calm. "Thanks Niamh" Chloe sighs.

"You're good for a first time mummy, squirt" Chloe smiles. Niamh laughs and rolls her eyes before going back to bed.  "Thank you squirt" Chloe says, She gets back into bed.

In the working she wakes up to Matthew babbling away to himself in his cot. "Oh Matthew it's too early" she says as she gets up.

"Mama!" He shouts and bites the side of the cot as he's standing up.

"Shh" Niamh laughs as she lifts him out.

"Mama!" He says again as he hides his head in her shoulder.

Niamh gets back into bed and puts Matthew in beside her. He crawls onto her lap and squeals.

"Calm down sunshine" she laughs as he cuddles into Niamh.

Matthew bites her top and lies still. "Oi you rascal" Niamh laughs, He pulls at her top and bites down harder.
"Oi, no!" Niamh says in a sharp tone.
Matthew just bites even more as his teeth are annoying him."Here eat your teething ring" Niamh laughs.

A few hours later niamh is downstairs with her mum who is just cleaning up after breakfast.

"Your a noisy boy this morning" Barbara laughs as Matthew bangs his highchair tray.

"Very vocal" Niamh smiles.

"Mama" he squeals as he watches Niamh.

He dribbles down his top and bangs the tray. "Morning Chlo" Niamh smiles as her and Harry come downstairs.

"Thanks for last night" Harry says.

"It's fine" Niamh smiles.
"I'm going to take Matthew in the pool today, mum" niamh says.

"That's fine, I'm sure he'll enjoy that" Barbara smiles as she makes Chloe and Harry something to eat for breakfast.

"Well he be okay if I took him in the pool with his normal nappies on" niamh asks.

"Niamh you can buy special nappies for the pool" Barbara laughs.

"Oh what really?...woah they do everything" she says.

Barbara laughs, "I'll go get you some after I've made Chloe and Harry their breakfast" she says.

Niamh nods and blushes. Niamh gets Matthew out of his highchair and goes upstairs, "Niamh has he pooed yet?" Barbara shouts.

"No!" Niamh shouts back.

"Keep an eye on him" she replies.
She places Matthew down on the floor in the lounge and sits and watches him.

"Mama" he whines.

She keeps an eye on him while she searches his nappy bag for his swimming trunks. He starts to cry as his tummy is sore as he needs to poo.

He rolls around on the floor and squeals, He crawls over to Niamh as she's sitting on the sofa; he pulls himself up, "mama" he cries.

He goes bright red in the face and goes quiet. Niamh laughs and keeps an eye on him, After a bit Matthew starts to smile, then the smell hits her.

"Wow" Niamh says as Matthew crawls over to her.

Niamh lifts him up and goes and gets the changing mat and changing bag. Matthew squeals and smiles at Niamh happily.

Niamh lies Matthew on the mat and pulls his trousers off and takes his nappy off. "Oh woah, aren't you a right stinker" Niamh laughs.

"Dada" he says as he tries to eat his foot as Niamh wipes him down.

"No daddy's not here sweetheart" Niamh laughs.

"Dada" he mumbles with his foot in his mouth.

Niamh laughs, "don't do that sweetheart" she says as her mum comes back with swimming nappies.

"Oh he went then" Barbara says.

"Finally yes" Niamh laughs.

"How about you go in the pool with him now" Barbara says as Niamh nods as she puts his clean nappy on.

"Watch him while I got get changed please?" Niamh asks and Barbara nods.

Niamh heads upstairs and gets changed before coming back down. "Mama" he smiles.

"Ready baby" she smiles as she takes him off her mum and heads out to the pool.
