Roll cameras part 2

A big mistake

Joe makes his way downstairs and makes them a hot chocolate each.

He waits for the kettle to boil and gets the chocolate powder. "Is Niamh Okay?" Barbara questions making Joe jump as she walks into the kitchen.

"She seems to have calmed now, she's just putting Maisie to bed" he replies.
"She doesn't seem right," Barbara says expressing her concerns.

"Yeah, but she is very tried I can see that" Joe smiles.

"I'm sure she is, just keep an eye on her" Barbara says.

"Of course" he smiles as he pours the kettle. He finishes off making the drinks and adds a couple of small marshmallows before heading back up.

When he gets upstairs he nudges the door open with his foot and walks to the side of the bed placing the mugs down.
"Niamh, babe... your drink" Joe smiles as she is lying with her back to him.

"Okay," she mumbles.
"Tired?" He asks.
"Yeah" she replies.

"Niamh?" Joe asks as he lies beside her and cuddles up to her, he kisses Niamh cheek and looks at her.

"Yes?" She smiles and turns to him.
"Are you sure you're okay? You don't seem yourself" Joe smiles as he rests his hand on her hip.

"I'm fine honestly, just a bit tired and grumpy" she smiles.
"I can tell, did you really have to shout at him like that" Joe asks raising an eyebrow.

"I'm sorry I lashed out, but he still shouldn't of done that" she replies.

"Sure right you shouldn't of lashed out like that, the poor lad has bright red legs Niamh" Joe says.

"I know I said I'm sorry, I should speak to him" Niamh says.
"Leave it now, he'll forget about it in the morning" Joe smiles as he leans forward and kisses her.

"You sure he'll be alright," she says as she has some of her drink.
"He'll be fine, now do I get a cuddle?" Joe smiles.
"You can but I might fall asleep" she smiles.

Joe smiles and finishes his hot chocolate before cuddling up next to Niamh. He wraps his arms around her tiny body and kisses her shoulder. "I miss your Bump, I have nothing to stroke as I fall asleep" Joe smiles.

"Hey you have plenty" she smirks.
"Well there is defiantly other places" Joe chuckles.
"See me complaining?" She smiles and leans against him.

Joe laughs gently against her cheek, "I love you" he smiles as he rests his hand on her hip.
"Love you too" she smiles as she starts to drift off. Joe soon falls asleep also holding her close.
