Roll cameras part 2

First day

He places his hand on her leg after a while, "how you getting on with that bottle" he smirks.

"I feel sick drinking too much" she smiles and strokes her stomach spontaneously.

Joe smiles as they pull up into the car park of Matthew's school.
"Mummy is that my school?" Matthew says as he peers out the window.

"Indeed that is" Niamh says as she looks out too.

"It's big" he says as Joe helps him out the car.

"Hold my hand please" Niamh says as they cross the car park to the entrance.

Matthew grabs her hand and smiles as the walk to the playground and the wait by a sigh which says 'reception intake'.

Matthew stands there looking around taking it all in and someone soon arrives to greet them at the desk.

The woman walks over to them and looks through a clipboard, "child's name please? And are you the parents?" She questions.

"Matthew McFadden, and yes we are" Joe smiles.

"Awh is it his first day" the woman smiles as she looks on her computer to find out where he needs to go.

Niamh nods and smiles as she watches Matthew peer around a door to see a big hall with a few children in who are walking through.

"Do you think I could walk him in" Niamh whispers to Joe as she watches Matthew.

"I don't know" Joe says as she woman gets up and looks at Matthew.

"Ready?" She questions them.

Niamh nods and Joe speaks up for them, "yeah we are" he smiles.

Matthew holds Niamh's hand and they walk to his classroom.

They walk through a corridor and threw door and they come to one classroom. "This is the classroom Matthew is in" she smiles and goes to open the door.

Matthew smiles and walks forwards before hanging his bag up at his coat peg and wondering off to the children.

Niamh watches him and her face turns to Joe and she lets out a sigh.

"No bye or anything" Joe laughs as they leave the school.

"I can't believe it... I should see if he's ok" she says and turns to go back.

"Leave him... he'll be fine" Joe smiles as he takes her hand and walks out with her.

"What am I supposed to do all day while he's gone" Niamh says.

"Clean, cook, go to work, have sex" he laughs.

Niamh laughs, "I guess I'll be able to get things done" she says.

"If I allow you too" he laughs as they practically are on the same shooting schedule.

Niamh smiles as they get back to the car. She gets in the car and sits quietly, "so hospital now?" Joe smiles.

"Yeah let's go" she smiles at him.
