Roll cameras part 2

Mummy and Daddy are back!!!

He slips a little but clambers out the pool and runs to her and into her arms.

Niamh holds onto him picking him up as much as she can. She kisses his head and puts him back down.

"Mummy! I've missed you!" He squeals excitedly.

"I have missed you too darling" Niamh giggles as Joe comes out into the garden.

When Matthew notices Joe he gets himself off Niamh and starts to run up to him.

"Daddy!" Matthew squeals, he runs over to Joe but slips and hits the floor with a crash, he looks up at Joe and starts to cry as he's bit his lip and hurt his knees.

Joe quickly runs towards Matthew who is lying on the floor crying and picks him up in his arms. "Matthew be careful!" He smiles. "Are you ok" he asks him as Matthew cuddles him tightly.

He continues to cry and Niamh comes over to him and checks him over.

She checks all his legs and arms, "he's got a little scrape on his knees" she says quietly to Joe as she doesn't want Matthew panicking.

Matthew looks at Joe and then at Niamh. "Mummy my lip hurts" he mumbles.

"Come on matty shall we get you a cold cloth to put on it to stop it hurting?" She asks him and he nods slightly.

Barbara hands Joe a towel as he carries Matthew into the kitchen.

Niamh goes to the sink and pulls out a cloth from the cupboard and runs it under the cold tap until it's cold enough.

Soon as Niamh puts the wet cloth on his lip he starts to settle a little and look around at Barbara who is sat at the kitchen table.

She smiles at him as he turns back to Niamh and watches her as she dabs his lip.

"Oh Matthew you're so accident prone" Niamh smiles as she finishes and kisses his head.

"Is it feeling better now little man" Joe smiles.

Matthew nods slowly and holds his arms out to Niamh for him to hug her. Niamh smiles and takes him off Joe and he wraps his arms tightly around Niamh's neck.

"Careful" Joe says as she takes Matthew off him.

"I got it" she smiles and hugs him back.

Niamh kisses Matthews head gently and smiles "so Mr what have we been up too??" Niamh smiles.

"Granda pushed me in the pool!" Matthew says as he looks at him through the window.

"Oh did he? Did you push him back?" Niamh giggles.

"No he's too strong!" Matthew protests.

"Shall we go push Granda in?" Joe suggests.

"Yes" Matthew beams and his face lights up and Niamh laughs.

He squeals with excitement as he gets down and goes outside with Joe while Niamh sits with her mum.
