Katie's POV

I wake up half way thrown the night with a strong thirst dragging me out of bed and towards the mini bar in search of water.

Once I've quietly and successfully gotten my water I sit down on the end of the bed sighing tiredly.

I look at the clock reading 2:30AM and I hang my head again in tiredness.

I keep my head down but cast my eyes towards Scarlett asleep in the huge bed with her face illuminated by the light flooding into the dark room from the bathroom.

I sigh again looking away back towards the carpeted floor. I wiggle my toes in the soft fabric and find it some what satisfying to feel the fibres of the carpet between my toes.

I'm brought out of my train of thought when I hear a loud thud outside the hotel room door. I slowly stand and approach the door in a slow and cautious manner. I am about a foot away from the door when I hear another thud and I finally swing it open ready to surprise the person responsible.

A get a breeze from the door swinging open quickly and I stand staring into the hallway.

"Hey! You got the door open!" Jen grins triumphantly and I take in her state. She lays slumped against the wall across the hall with her handbag beside her as she waves her room key around in her hand.

"Where's Darren?" I ask her.

She starts babbling a load of nonsense and I give up on getting an answer.

"Come on," I say cutting her off from her nonsensical rant.

I step towards her and lift her arm up and over my shoulders for support. I slowly guide her into the room, hoping not to wake Scarlett.

I just about manage to get her changed and into bed without waking up Scarlett which is a major achievement on my part if I do say so myself.

I don't bother getting into bed I opt for the more uncomfortable option of the sofa. I crawl onto the embroidered lavish surface of it and find my way back to sleep.

Jen's POV

I open my eyes and grab my head in agony at the headache it seems to be hosting. Why me? I ask myself. What'd I do? I plea with myself.

I drag myself from bed and grow confused at how I got there and into my pyjamas, I am soon greeted by my answer.

Katie.

She lays with one arm hanging over the side of the sofa, brushing the ground with her fingers as she drools on the surface of the antique.

I walk over to her ignoring the headache and kneel down beside her.

"Hey," I shake her shoulder and she groans and turns her head towards the inside of the sofa.

"Wake up," She groans again and I don't bother further with this method. Instead I help her up and towards the bed where she collapses and sinks into the covers.

I'll let her sleep and I'll bring Scarlett down for breakfast.

I get Scarlett up and bring her down to the hotel restaurant for breakfast where she gets pancakes and I get myself a large cup of coffee, a large glass of water and two aspirin to save me from my slow death that has already diagnosed as... a hangover.

I don't have filming today as it's Saturday so I have today and tomorrow off.

I was planning on bringing Scarlett sightseeing but that's just a solid no at the moment.

I watch Scarlett across the table as she picks at the remains of her pancakes.

"You full?" I ask her.

"Yeah," She grumbles back and I chuckle at her change in attitude, before she had them she was practically bouncing off the walls but now she wants nothing to do with the idea of movement.

"Want to go back upstairs?" I ask her in a soft tone.

"Yeah," She nods across the table at me and I laugh standing up and picking her up from her seat.

"There's syrup on your face Bug," I tell her with a giggle as I pick up a napkin and wipe her face as she tries to fight me off but to no prevail.

We go back up to the room and Katie still overcome by sleep is practically unresponsive. I don't bother trying to wake her up and Scarlett can't even be bothered at this point.

I sit on the bed beside Katie's sleeping body and cast my eyes down the bed at the mess she's made of it. The duvet has been viciously kicked to the bottom of the bed and the sheet has tightly tangled it self around her waist leaving her top half exposed. She wears a red hoodie which explains why she hasn't gotten cold.

"What do you wanna do?" I ask Scarlett as she curls into my side.

She doesn't respond and I silently thank god. I am in no state to interact with humans or even be a human at this point, my body feels foreign due to the amount of aching and weakness I feel right now.

I feel a buzzing among the covers and fumble amongst them in search of what caused the buzzing. I find my phone and look at the screen to be graced with a text from Darren, I grin at the screen and open the text.
