I was writing my book as Sam come in.. She was rushing and completely wet. I put my pen away and stood up. She looked really messed up.

"Sam?" I walked towards her and she put the bags from the grocery store on the kitchen counter. She was shaking and I could literally feel how cold she was..

"Is everything alright?" she put her curt off and coughed. "It's so stormy and rainy that the bags almost flew off my hands. I think you should call Moon." she answered and my stomach dropped for a second.. and then I understood what was going on.

Without waiting a second, I grabbed my phone and wanted to call him.. I looked out of the window and I asked myself how I didn't notice it before. I wanted toast him what happened and comfort him but then I got a call from the principal. That scared and worried me to death. So I answered the call as fast as I could.

He asked me if I could come to school because he wanted to talk to me and Moon was in trouble. My heart stopped beating and I started shaking because I knew when Moon was angry.. Knowing that he got his anger from Ethan made me even more nervous. He couldn't control himself and he was always in trouble. It was worse than it was with his dad and since he wasn't normal, no one was safe when he was getting really angry..

I didn't waste any second and put my coat on. Then I called Ethan but he was in a meeting so I had to leave alone. I was going to bring the kids home after our little talk..

Moon

Suddenly the door opened and my mom walked in. She greeted the principal politely as if she was sorry and embarrassed and sat down next to me. I scratched my forehead. "So.. what's the matter?" she asked very serious but also nervous.. But she looked a little relieved when she saw me even tho she was going to kill me later..

"Moon had a very serious fight." he answered and I continued. "With someone who isn't even going to this school." I tried to defend myself.. then I looked down as I felt how mom was looking at me.

"That's right... but it doesn't matter. It happened here and he damaged his face." he continued. I sighed and let my head fall back, trying to not freak out. She raised her eyebrow.

"I think that there's no need to exaggerate." I said very calmly. "Okay wait, why did you do that?" she asked turning around to me. I sighed. "That man.. Boy.. or guy or whatever.. was assaulting the new girl in his class.." he explained and she looked at him eyes wide open since he answered for me.

Then she sighed too. "And Moon Beat him up right? Because he was assaulting her?" she asked like she was trying to understand him. He nodded and I let my head fall back again. That was so stupid and unnecessary. I was right and I was the one who protected her. I was the only one there and he couldn't think that I was going to watch him being an asshole.

As I looked at my mom she looked kinda annoyed and angry. That was not good.. even if I was more afraid of my dad, mom was like a beast when she got angry.

"I just want to say that it won't end good for Moon if he keep being so violent."
I laughed and stood up. I was so angry... I got in trouble for nothing. Again. "Of course. You shouldn't worry. I'll take care of it. Thank you." she said and stood up too. After she shook his hand we walked out and I tried to explain immediately.

"Mom I swear he-.." she cut me off. "Moon not now." she started walking down the stairs and I followed her. "But she was scared and I could never-..." she cut me off again.. "Moon! Shut up now and help me to find your sister."
