I ran over to my parents room with tears all over my face and shaking hands.

"MOM! DAD!" I screamed before I opened their door with a blurry vision. I couldn't breathe.. it felt so unreal that I hoped it was a dream that I would never wake up from.

They stood up, totally tired and confused and looked at me. They couldn't even realize what was going on and so couldn't I. The words that I read kept repeating themself in my head. They hit me like a truck and I felt how all my bones were hurting. My whole body was weak and I started sobbing.

Mom was the first one who walked towards me and asked me what happened. It seemed like she finally woke up because now she seemed worried and scared. She was breathing faster than usually and looking straight into my eyes.

"Avery.. mom.. Avery ran away.. with Oliver.."

My words came out so weakly from my shaking lower lip. My voice cracked and I covered my mouth with my hands.

"WHAT?" dad screamed and stood up like someone kicked him. Mom ripped the letter out of my hand and read it with shaking hands.. she looked at it with widened eyes. Dad rushed towards her and they started reading together. The tears in their eyes got heavier with every second that passed, until they rolled down their cheeks.

Mom bursted out in tears when she was done.. dad turned around and looked out of the window. He ran his hand through his hair while mom sat down on their bed. The only noise came from mom and I. We both were crying. Dad seemed beyond disappointed. I knew he couldn't believe it.. we all couldn't believe it.. but he was angry.

"What a shame.. she chose to leave.. with that.. douchebag.. she chose him over her family.." he said with his serious, strict voice. I furrowed my eyebrows and clenched my jaw.

What was he doing? What was he saying? Did he just accept it? Did he even care? Why didn't he storm out to look for her? Why was he just standing there?

"Why aren't we doing anything? She is underage, she can't leave with her boyfriend and just go anywhere!" I raised my voice angrily. He turned around and gave me a death stare.

"We are not going to do anything because she will come back! She will be begging on her knees! She will stand in front of the door of this house and beg me to forgive her but she is never going to take a step in here again!" he raised his voice as well. Moms sobbing got worse with his harsh words.

I couldn't even cry. My jaw just dropped and I looked at him completely shocked..

What happened to my loving father.. to the man who loved his daughters more than anything? To the man who would do anything for them? To the man who would forgive them anything.. what the hell was going on? Did I land in a parallel Universum?

"Dad.. she is your daughter! She can make mistakes! How can you say that you wouldn't accept her if she would come back?! You don't even know if she will come back! What makes you so sure about it and why are you not worried? Don't you love her even a little bit?" I was so close to scream.

Avery just ran away, none of us noticed it and now my dad was acting like a huge ass.

"We told her to stay away from him so many times! She didn't listen and now she chose to leave with him! She is blinded by her stupid teenage love! You don't even know what love is! It wouldn't be a surprise if she would come back pregnant."

My jaw dropped again and I covered my mouth with my hand again. His words gave me goosebumps of disguise. I couldn't believe my own fucking ears and I couldn't recognize the man in front of me. His words were so.. disgusting.. he was judging us..
