Four days had passed since Sasha got into the car wreck as she was still in the coma. Dean hadn't left the hospital or even Sasha's room since he got there on Monday night. He was terrified she wouldn't snap out of it and fearfully die. He just wanted to apologize to her and try to make things right if and when she woke up. Just a few minutes later, a nurse had knocked on the door and opened it. She then went to check Sasha's vital signs and her heart rate, as well as blood pressure as they seemed to be normal which was a relief for Dean.
"Alright, I'll be right back I have to grab some of her liquid vitamins that I'll put through her IV. It'll help keep her body functioning as well as the baby." The nurse smiled before walking out as Dean's whole body and mental state froze.
"Baby? A baby? Sasha's pregnant? With my baby? A baby?" He quietly asked himself before looking over at a sleeping Sasha as she looked so peaceful and a little hurt that it crushed and shattered Dean's heart, but was also semi glad she was sleeping and not dead. He had to quickly snap out of his thoughts when the nurse walked back in and began transferring the vitamins into Sasha's IV.
"Do you know how far along Sasha is with the baby?" He asked, not knowing what else to say.
"Yeah. She is currently eleven weeks and three days. I'm assuming you're the father?" She asked as she pulled up Sasha's information on the laptop.
"Yeah. Just wanted to make sure she and the baby were alright." He nodded.
"Yes. For someone who's in a coma she's in great health. We don't have any concerns about her not waking up. She and baby are doing good. And congratulations." She smiled before walking out. Dean rested his head in his left hand, trying not to cry. He was going to be a father and Sasha was the mother of his child. His mind tried to process it, but all he could think about was that he really had to pull his head out of his ass and help Sasha when she hopefully woke up.
"C'mon Sasha. You're a fighter I know you can fight through this. If you can't fight for me, please fight for our little baby in you. I need to be here for both of you, please keep fighting." He begged, rubbing his thumb over her hand while he saw her peacefully asleep. He prayed that Sasha and the baby would both be healthy when she woke up, because he really needed to do a reality check and a life check on himself, prioritizing Sasha and the baby as number one.
