We got home from the hospital Brian carries me inside, Anita following behind with the guardian journal and my medicine. Brian lays me down on the couch then he picks up my legs sits down on the couch and puts my legs on his lap. Anita sits down on the rocking chair looking at my medicine.

"Jacklynn do you want to take one of these?" Anita asks holding up a container of pills.

"Not really." I reply covering my face with my hands.

"You have to take one, Jackie." Brian says.

"Can I at least eat something first?" I ask.

"Yeah you should something." Anita says. "Is there anything you want?"

"Fish and chips but without the fish."

"You can't eat just chips, Jackie." Anita says.

"How about crisps?" I ask.

"You have to eat real food, Jacklynn." Anita replies.

"Fine macaroni and cheese then." I say grabbing a piece of my hair that was in my face and start braiding it.

"Good, I'll go make it it'll take 5 minutes." Anita says going into the kitchen.

"What are you doing?" Brian asks.

"Braiding my hair."

"Why?"

"I always randomly braid my hair when I'm bored." I say as Adam comes downstairs. "Oh hi Adam."

"Hi Jackie." Adam says. "Did you figure out what you have?"

"She has the flu." Brian says.

"I thought it was just a cold but nope it's the flu." I say unbraiding my hair.

"Here's your macaroni and cheese, Jackie." Anita says coming out of the kitchen.

"Thanks, Nita." I say as she sits down on the rocking chair.

"You're welcome, dear."

"I'm go to the bathroom." Adam says going upstairs.

"Okay then." I say eating my macaroni.

"Don't eat to fast, Jackie." Brian says.

"Oh, Sorry."

"Hey who's is this?" Adam says coming downstairs with my poodle.

"MY POODLE!!" I shouted. "Adam you found my poodle. Where was it?"

"On the piano." Adam says handing me my poodle and sits down on the couch.

"Freddie probably found it and put it there." Brian says.

"I'm done with my macaroni." I say as Brian looks in the bowl.

"You're not finished there's still a little bit left."

"But my belly hurts." I say with my hand on my belly.

"If you finish it I'll give you an exact replica of my guitar." Brian says.

"No way will you really?" I ask.

"The guardian journal says you have been wanting one for awhile." Brian says.

"I have."

"If you finish your macaroni I'll get you one."

"Okay." I say as I start eating my macaroni.
