Amara: Hayden dosen't trust me, not after what i did, because i kissed you on the mouth, and you don't trust me either. Mace: Do you wanna dance with me? Amara: You're not in love with me, are you? Mace: No, i'm not, i just wanna dance with you as a friend. Amara: Thanks. Mace and Amara goes out on the dancefloor, and then they're dancing. Hayden can see that they are dancing, he get's sad, and he is alone the rest of the evening. A few days after: At home: It's morning: Hayden and Cira are eating breakfast with the family. Cira: Hayden, can we talk? Hayden: About what? Cira: Are you still mad at Amara? Hayden: Why do you ask? Cira: Because she's my friend. Hayden: I haven't talk with her, in a few days. Cira: I hate to see you two having a fight with each other. Hayden: I'm tired of that too. Cira: You and Amara should be friends again. Hayden: Maybe you're right. Later: At the school: Hayden sees Amara, and goes over to her. Hayden: Hey. Amara: Hey. Hayden: Can we talk? Amara: Yeah. Hayden: I'm sorry, if i have ignored you. Amara: It's okay, i understand. Hayden: I just wanna say to you, that i'm tired of fighting with you. Amara: And i don't wanna fight with you. Hayden: I was thinking, if we could try to be friends, instead of being mad at each other? Amara: Yes, we can try that. Hayden: Okay, that's good. Amara: Yeah, it is. Hayden: I'm happy, that we don't have to fight with each other anymore. Amara: Me too. Hayden: That's great. Amara: Well, i have to go now. Hayden: Okay. Amara goes. Cira goes over to Hayden. Cira: Hey. Hayden: Hey. Cira: Did you and Amara just talk with each other? Hayden: Yes, we did, we have decided to be friends with each other, instead of being mad at each other. Cira: That's great, i'm really happy about that. Hayden: Me too. Cira: Maybe you and Amara are gonna end up, being together again. Hayden: Do you think that could happen again? Cira: Yeah, it could. Hayden: Okay, but me and Amara are just friends, for now. Cira: I know, and that's good. Hayden: Yeah, it is. Cira: I gotta go. Hayden: Okay. Cira goes. Suddenly is Mace coming over to Hayden. Mace: Hey. Hayden: Hey, can i ask you something? Mace: Yes. Hayden: Why did you dance with Amara at the prom? Mace: Because she was sad, i asked her to dance with me. Hayden: Okay, that's good, me and Amara have decided to be friends with each other. Mace: That's really good, but i still think that you both like each other. Hayden: I don't hate Amara, i just don't trust her. Mace: Okay, but i wanna talk with you about something else. Hayden: Okay, about what? Mace: Has your dad found a place where me and Alex can stay? Hayden: Not yet, i haven't heard anything, it's gonna take some months, just like my dad said. Mace: That's okay. Hayden: My dad is working hard on it, i know that he is. Mace: I believe in you, i trust your dad. Hayden: Thanks, how is it going with living in the store? Mace: It's going fine, but it can be better. Hayden: I know, and i'm sure that you and Alex will be in a good home soon. Mace: I hope that too. After Hayden and Mace have been talking together, they are going into their class room. Hayden is happy that he has a good friend in Mace at the school. But Hayden isn't happy about Amara, he is sad because they are only friends for now, but who knows if that can change.
