"Jack of Diamonds!" You exclaimed.

"You mean that's what DJ stands for?" Jodie asked, confused by the sudden excitement that sparked inside Conan and you.

"Yeah, it seems those guys use playing cards to systematically nickname their targets." Conan nodded.

"Since diamonds represent riches, does that mean it's the son of the wealthy politician?" Agasa asked.

"No, the jack represents the knight or courtier, not a prince or son of a noble." Haibara replied.

"But he's the only one that is rich." Agasa mumbled in confusion.

"True, diamonds may represent wealth, but astrologically it has properties of earth." Conan explained.

"Not just astrologically. Diamonds come from the harshest conditions on earth, are the epitome of worldly wealth, and have been used many times to represent the many sides to a civilization. In fact they were considered to be lucky talismans to Julius Caesar, Louis IV and Napoleon." You hummed.

"In other words, it represents Domon Yasuteru. He's a military man, and has the character 'Do' at the beginning of his name which means dirt." Conan clarified. "He's the one they are after."

"Domon Yasuteru, the most righteous of the group, whose frequent, radical speeches against crime and terror in the news has earned him a lot of respect." Jodie noted.

"Which means the criminals must hate him." You added.

"He's been targeted by several hitmen, but always manages to turn the tables on them. He's a real tough guy. I have a feeling he'll be alright without us." Jodie chirped optimistically.

"No, we're talking about the Black Organization, we can't let our guard down." Conan muttered, the gears still turning.

"Here it is, his support offices phone number. Their website says he'll be playing golf this afternoon, but it doesn't say where. It seems calling them will be the fastest way to find out." Haibara called, her eyes fixated on her phone screen. "Jodie, if you will do the honor." Haibara held her phone out so Jodie could see the number.

"Ok!" Jodie chirped in English.

Conan continued to stare at Haibara's face, he seemed impressed. "What?" Haibara asked, her eyes narrowing at his expression.

"Oh, nothing. I was just thinking about how much you've changed." Conan smiled. "Before any time they were involved you'd say 'stop', 'it's dangerous', or 'run away while you can'." Conan pointed out.

"What do you expect? This time, your listening device is stuck on the bottom of their shoes. If they find that, they'll come after you and all the people around you. Which includes me." Haibara grumbled.

"I guess you've got a point." Conan nodded.

"And... And I..." Haibara's voice trailed off, but you could tell from her expression what she was trying to say.

"And what?" Conan asked.

A smile pulled up the corners of your lips. She's truly done running. I'm glad. You'll never get anywhere if you keep running from the darkness. I've learned that all too well.

"Ahem." Jodie cleared her throat, as though getting ready to talk, then flashed Haibara a quick thumbs up.

"None of this matters if we can't figure out where they're going." You muttered. "I have a feeling they aren't going to take G-man seriously. If he's been threatened a lot, and fended off hitmen, they'll think he can take care of himself."
