Based on Episode 3

Just so you guys know, I'm going to just refer to Shinichi as Conan or Judo. It will make it far less confusing to write. Thank you for your patience.

--------------------------------------------------

Why do I have to be here? You thought to yourself as you looked out at the class of elementary students. Ran had insisted that you and Conan go to school, so there you were, in your second day of class. You could tell by the look on Conan's face that he was dreading this as much as you were.

"Well, this sucks." You mumbled under your breath, so only Conan could hear.

He chuckled. "We don't have much of a choice. It's been three days since we were shrunk, and Ran thinks we are elementary students." He whispered to you as all the other students shouted their multiplication tables.

"How are we supposed to find clues when we're locked in this hellhole?" You grumbled.

Neither of you paid any attention to class. When the teacher called on Conan, he played the confused little kid incredibly well. You on the other hand would answer all of her questions no problem. You didn't play kid very well. When class ended, Conan pushed you out of class. Not in the mean, shoving on the playground way, it's just that you were currently restricted to a wheelchair. Your 'little stunt', as Conan referred to it, had caused your leg to get damaged again, so you couldn't walk anymore. Conan was a good sport about wheeling you all over the place, the only time he complained was when stairs were involved. He would support you all the way up or down the stairs, sit you on the top or bottom step, and then run back and grab the wheelchair. You felt a little guilty, but it was fun to watch him get flustered when the wheelchair wouldn't work right.

The two of you exited the school building, headed towards 'home'. "Freedom!" You chuckled as the sun warmed your face. Your enjoyment was cut short when you noticed three kids running towards you. "Great. Brats at six o'clock." You mumbled up at Conan who sighed.

"Hey, why don't you guy's walk home with us?" Came the shrill voice that made you want to stick a nail in your ear.

Don't stop. DO NOT STOP! You wanted to scream, so, of course, he stopped and turned around. UGHHH. When will this hell end?!

"You guys are the first new kids in a while. We'll be your friends!" The shrill voiced girl chuckled.

"Thanks, but no. We're really busy." Conan replied.

"So, Mr. Bow-tie thinks he's too good for us. Are you saying no to Ayumi!" The fat kid growled, raising a fist above his head.

"Try it, and you'll lose that hand." You stated coldly, glaring up at the large boy. He seemed a little taken aback by your aggressiveness.

"Sure Genta, threaten him, they'll definitely want to be our friends now." The gangling boy muttered.

"You got a problem with me Mitsuhiko!" Genta barked.

"Stop it, Genta!" Ayumi shouted at the large boy.

"This is our chance. Run, and don't look back." You whispered up at Conan.

"It was nice talking to you, bye!" Conan called over his shoulder as he pushed the wheelchair out of the schoolyard as fast as he could.

"Finally! Now we are free!" You sighed as the two of you headed down the sidewalk.

The two of you stopped by Dr. Agasa's place. It was the only place you could act like yourselves. Conan dropped onto the couch and sighed. "We're getting nowhere. At this rate, we'll never find those men in black."

"Be patient, Shinichi." Dr. Agasa warned.

"He's right, don't rush into this recklessly. If you do it could spell the end of you and those around you. Besides, I don't feel like dying until I'm back to my old self." You stifled a bored yawn. Conan looked over at you, and froze, his eyebrows furrowed. "What are you staring at, do I have something on my face?"

"I just noticed, your eyes are two different colors."

You clamped your hand over your left eye. "No, they aren't."

"They are too. I just saw them! Your right eye is brown like always, but your left eye is silvery blue."

"I have no idea what you are talking about." You fibbed, digging in your pocket for the little container. Crap, it's in my bag!

"Come on, let me see." Conan said, trying to pull your hand away from your face. You tried to resist, but he got the better of you with your one weakness, he tickled your side. No longer able to muster your strength, he managed to pull your hand away. "I was right! But how come I didn't notice it until now?" Conan mumbled to himself.

"Cause I use colored contacts to keep it hidden." You sighed in defeat. Damn you ticklishness!

"Why would you do that?"

"Cause people think it's freaky, and it's harder to stay invisible. People tend to remember you if you have a weird trait." You muttered, as you turned and began to dig in your bag for the contacts.

"I don't think it's freaky, if anything it's really pretty." Conan stated, frowning in thought.

You blushed at his words. "Stupid Judo." You mumbled, making sure to keep your face buried in your bag.

"What are you trying to hide from? I mean, all the people who knew you before, think you have two brown eyes. Wouldn't it be a good idea to leave the contact out? Then, anyone who sees you won't think you're the same person." Conan said with a shrug.

"I guess you're right." You sighed, giving up your search.

"Oh, that reminds me!" Dr. Agasa shouted. He ran into the other room, and rummaged around for a while. He returned, grinning ear from ear. "I have a brand-new invention that you should find useful. The voice-altering bow tie!" Dr. Agasa stated, holding up a red bow tie identical to the one Conan currently had on. Conan took the bow tie, and examined it.

"Voice changing?" You replied skeptically.

"Precisely. Simply turn the dial on the back, and you can imitate anyone you want, man, woman, or child!" Dr. Agasa smiled giddily.

Conan tested it out. "I don't know how much use this will be to a detective agency." He mumbled.

"And I have one for you as well!" Dr. Agasa stated, pulling out a little red hair bow.

"Oh no, I do not do bows." You stated defiantly.

"Come on, it's not that bad!" Conan sighed. He grabbed the hair bow from Dr. Agasa, pulled back your bangs, and pinned them with the hair bow. "There." He smiled. "It looks good on you."

You glared at him menacingly. "I am the feared thief of the night! I refuse to be demeaned in such a way! The treacherous thief DOES NOT WEAR RED HAIR BOWS!!" You growled, yanking the bow out of your hair.

Sorry if this chapter was a bit dry. Unfortunately, I am still quite ill. I wasn't planning to go case by case, but I don't want to just skip all of them either. If there are any cases you guys specifically want me to include or exclude, let me know! Leave your opinion in the comments!
