Shinichi couldn't believe what was happening. After all his careful planning before and during the case, one little girl had managed to make it fall apart around him.
Despite his annoyance though, he had to admit he was having fun. He had never felt so stumped when facing a criminal, until that girl had walked into his life. It was like a frustrating puzzle that changed every time he took his eyes off it, and he couldn't help but keep trying.
"Where'd you go?" He whispered as he scanned the video feed from each camera, well the ones she hadn't broken at least.
Suddenly the screen went black. "No, no, no! What happened?" Shinichi growled at the screen. An image popped up on his laptop, filling the entire screen.

Followed by text that read, Check, Judo! Looks like this is my win~ I'll be nice and let you have one camera though. I'll even be nice and let you pick!
Shinichi grumbled and typed out his response. "All I need is one." Shinichi sighed.
I'll take the room the gem is in. Came the quick reply. You couldn't help but chuckle. "Very well then." You did some typing, and sent Shinichi a video call from your laptop.
"What is this? I thought I asked for the gem room, not you." Shinichi grumbled.
"Correction, you asked to see the room the gem was in. That is a very important distinction. I'll be nice and let you see both though." You chuckle as you let Shinichi see the feed from the gem room. You chuckled as you saw Shinichi's face drop.
"What is the meaning of this?" Shinichi shouted into the camera.
"I nicked the Ruby while you were busy chasing Kid." You said as Kid held up the Ruby and grinned. "Oh, did I forget to mention that? My bad, Judo~!"
"What made you choose to join up with Kid and ruin my plans?" Shinichi asked with a scowl.
"I was bored, and you wouldn't entertain me!" You stated matter-of-factly. "I'll be going now. I know you are just stalling while the police head here. We're going to escape from the top. Which gives you fifteen floors to try and stop us. Good luck~"
"Remind me not to get on your bad side." Kid chuckled nervously.
"No problem~." You hum as you click another key on the computer, activating your little toy.
It was actually a little toy. You had souped up a clapping toy monkey, and attached a pair of wire cutters to the monkey's hands, fixing the pincers around the cable that controlled the power. With the push of a button, the toy monkey clapped with a force of 30 pounds, severing the wire and frying its system.
The entire building went black as the power was cut. You threw Kid a duffle bag from under the desk. "What's this?" He asked.
"Our escape plan. Why else would I tell Kudo our plan? I'm not an idiot."
