I loosely based this on Movie 10. I hope you enjoy!

When you awoke, it was cold and dark. Your heartbeat throbbed through your skull like hammer falls, and your hands and feet were tightly bound with rope. The only light was coming from slits in a door, one at the bottom, and the other at an adult's eye level. You squinted around the room. It was a plain cement box. No windows. The only breaks in the cement were the rusted metal door, a single bulb that hung ten feet above you, and a heavy vent that looked like it was taken from a prison. Well... this sucks... You thought to yourself with a scowl.

Three hours earlier

"You sure you're up for this today?" Conan asked worriedly, as you tied your shoes.
"I'll be fine." You sighed. "It's not like we're going rock climbing. Haibara gave me the 'all clear'." You winced slightly as you rose to your feet. Your stitches had finally been removed, but anyone who's needed stitches knows that the wound still feels tender for a while afterwards.
Conan watched you carefully, his forehead creased with worry. "If you start hurting too much, let me know."
"I'm not going to fall apart! We're going to play at a park." You chuckled.
"If you need, we can get a cab." He added.
You shook your head. "I said I'm fine." He stared at you like a sad puppy, and you couldn't help but smile. "I promise, if it gets to be too much, I'll tell you."
He perked up at your words. "Alright. Let's get going then."
The two of you walked side by side in comfortable silence. When you reached your destination, you spotted them. The three brats stood clustered around a shop window, Haibara and Dr. Agasa standing a few feet away from them. Haibara spotted you first and started towards you.
"Morning." She hummed softly.
"They're here!" Ayumi chirped excitedly, as she and the others finally noticed your arrival.
"Are we ready to go then?" Dr. Agasa hummed.
He was always going out of his way to keep the kids entertained. It was sweet. You couldn't help but think about how awesome he'd have been as an actual grandfather. He never seemed to mind acting as the chaperone for the kids on their little adventures.
The seven of you headed down the street to the usual park. The kids decided they wanted to play soccer, so Dr. Agasa sat on a nearby park bench to watch. You placed your bag beside him and slid the hidden knives inside. It wouldn't be good if one of the kids got hurt if one slid loose.
It started as an innocent game. Girls versus boys. However, putting you and Conan on opposite teams was a surefire way to cause chaos.
"Oi, that's a foul!" Conan growled at you.
"What are you talking about?"
"You shoved me!"
"It's not my fault you ran into me." You shrugged. "Besides, we're playing a kids game right now. You're the only one worried about unsportsmanlike conduct. Genta body slammed Mitsuhiko five minutes ago, and you didn't hear anyone crying about it."
"Why don't we take a break?" Haibara suggested, nodding towards the kids.
The kids were all breathing heavily, the game having worn them all out. "Alright, we'll call this game. 10-11. Boys win." You sighed in frustration.
