I went outside and asked a henchmen to fly me to Retail Row where the bookstore was.
Once we got their I thanked him and told him he could back to the Agency. I went to the bookstore and didn't see him anywhere in the front. I went around the side of the building and saw him laying on a large blanket looking at the stars. "There you are, for a second I thought you weren't here because I didn't see you in the front" I explained as I went and laid next to him. "I wouldn't do that to you" Midas explained. "Why are we here?" I asked. "Do you want to go?" Midas questioned. "No, the stars are beautiful I was just wondering" "They aren't as beautiful as you are y/n" I looked at him and smiled, he looked at me and smiled back. I leaned over and kissed him then laid my head on his shoulder as he wrapped his arms around me. We sat there for a long time just watching the stars. Then, there was a shooting star. "Make a wish" I told Midas. "I don't need to" "And why's that?" "Because I already have you, Y/n I love you." "I love you too." I kissed him and gave him a hug but behind him I saw someone in a bush. "Mi-Midas" "What is it?" "There is someone over there, in the bush" as I said this Midas grabbed his pistols and handed me one. We slowly stood up and walked over to the bush. We didn't see anyone there so we started looking around. Midas went to look and I went and grabbed the blanket.
Midas' POV
Every time y/n and I have something special or have alone time it always seems to be interrupted. "Y/n?" Silence. "Y/n!?" Still silence. I ran over to where the blanket was and the blanket was gone and so was she. I looked around frantically not seeing any trace of her. I tapped my earpiece. "Y/n? Are you okay where are you?" Silence. "Y/n?!" Static. I tapped my earpiece again. "I need a helicopter full of henchmen with two open seats at Retail Row immediately!" I ordered into the earpiece. I kept looking around, but still didn't find anything. The henchmen got here and I told them to help me look but after an hour of searching we didn't find anything.
Y/n POV
I was strapped to a chair and couldn't move. I looked around me to see boxes everywhere. I was at the box factory! I moved my head to the side to hit my earpiece with my shoulder but my earpiece wasn't in my ear. I looked around for it to see it laying on a table nearby. I didn't see anyone around and wondered who captured me and thought to bring me here.
Midas' POV
We headed back to the Agency and once we got their I sounded the emergency mission alarms. All the agent fans to the meeting room. Once they were in there I began. "Y/n has gone missing, we were at Retail Row and she saw someone in a bush so I went to go investigate and came back to her gone and the blanket we were on." I explained. "I need everyone to get prepared to be able to leave in 10 minutes. Go!" Everyone ran out of the room to go get ready. I grabbed my drum gun and remembered y/n had one of my pistols. We all filed into the helicopters with some henchmen and headed to Retail Row. In the way I told everyone about y/n having one of my pistols so if she was taken by someone they would have a gun with them. Once we arrive at Retail Row we filed out and started searching. Meowscles and I looked in the northern part of retail, Peely and Brutus. Looked in the southern, TNTina and Skye and Maya looked in the middle with henchmen looking everywhere. We searched for two hours and didn't find anything. As we started heading back to the helicopter my earpiece buzzed. I tapped on it. "Hello?" "He-help" y/n barely spoke. "Y/n?" "If you want your precious y/n Youll have to come find her" A random female voice spoke. "Who is this?" "Your nightmare coming to life, Midas" they spit the last part. "Who is this?" I sternly ordered. "You really think I'd tell you?" "I swear if you do anything to y/n you won't be alive once I find you" "Funny, because I've already found you searching in Retail Row. She's not there, she's here with me. Aren't you honey" "DON'T CALL ME THAT! MIDAS! HELP!" Y/n screamed in the background. I didn't know what to do but I was very gold at this point. Meowscles came running over and saw me becoming gold. "We will find her" he assured me. "I'm taking to the person who took her, she isn't here." "She's where thing are created and where things are taken. These things hold other things and are also taken." The woman said before shutting off the earpiece. "She just said 'she's where things are created and where things are taken. These things hold other things and are also taken' what is that supposed to mean?" I asked him. "Sounds like factory and post office combined" Meowscles said. "You guys all go back k ill come back later I'm gonna keep looking," I ordered Meowscles. "Sir-" "That's an order!" and with that they all got ready and left. I stayed and went over to where we were sitting and saw a rose petal on the ground. I started to tear up and stopped myself before I began to cry. I couldn't let her get hurt or lose her. I kept looking and thinking about what the woman and what Meowscles said. Factory and a post office, factory and a post office, posts office has envelopes and stamps and boxes while a factory can make those, but where...box factory!
