Chapter 23: Shade

*6am*

I woke up for the day hearing commotion in the hallway. Mainly footsteps and some chatting. I tried to get up without midas waking up, it seemed impossible since he was holding me so close. Also because I didnt want to leave, he was just too perfect.

Whenever I was finally able to get up I headed out to the hallway. I saw TNTina and Bomb looking at a phone.

"Guys what's going on?" I asked them.
"Bombs ex is trying to get back with her. Bomb keeps telling her no, but her ex isn't stopping. She's even calling her BB and stuff when she prefers Bomb" TNTina explained.
"Block her" I suggested.
"That could wor-"
"She would still find a way to contact me" Bomb stated, interupting TNTina.
"If she tries to come here she wont be able to get to you, I'll make sure of it. Just show the henchmen a picture of her and tell them to keep a close eye out for her" I told her.
"Okay" she replied walking to a group of henchmen.

I walked back to Midas' room to find him standing next to his bed making it. I snuck up behind him and jumped onto his back. He caught me so now he was giving me a piggy back ride.

"You're lucky I caught you doll" Midas explained.
"I know, even if you wouldn't have we would've fallen onto the bed" I replied hopping down.

Midas turned around to face me and gave me a kiss. I went and helped him make his bed. Whenever we finished we started to get ready until we heard glass brake. We ran out into the hallway and saw Bombs door open. We ran over to see the window broken and glass all over the floor.

"What the hell happened?" Midas asked.
"Her ex threw a damn brick at her window" TNTina explained.
"Are you okay?" I asked realizing she had glass in her thigh.
"Yeah I'm fine I just need to" she then grabbed the glass and pulled it out.

I ran and got a bandage and started bandaging the wound. Midas left the room to go get henchmen to search the area for a woman. They all ran outside to go look as Midas came back into the room.

"Is everyone okay?" He asked.
"Yes, besides Bombs cut, but she's fine now" I replied.
"Okay, good. We will have to find Bombs ex and we will lock her up in the shark" he explained.

He tapped his earpiece and told everyone to head to the conference room. He grabbed his phone and called someone to come in to clean the mess and fix the window while walking to the conference room. Everyone was in there looking at Midas as he hung up the call.

"This morning Bombs ex threw a brick at her window causing it to shatter all over the floor. We are going to go out and search for her. Bomb, what is her name?" Midas asked.
"Her name is Shade" Bomb replied.
"Okay so we will be searching for Shade, you all probably know what she looks like considering she has a record of robbery. She's even robbed the agency once. Anyways everyone will leave and stay in groups of three as well as henchmen. Our first group is Meowscles, Skye, and Peely, group C. Our second is TNTina, Bomb, and Brutus, group B. While the last group is Maya, y/n and I, Group A. Group C will search in Salty, Group B will search Risky, while Group A will search Weeping. If you don't find her in your location then just keep heading out and searching other main locations. The henchmen will be looking around in the open instead of named locations like we will be. Grab weapons and make sure to be ready in the next 10 minutes. Once everyone in your group is ready then immediately head out. Once she is found contact me and bring her straight to the shark and lock her up. Dismissed" Midas explained as everyone quickly left to go get ready.

It only took our group about 3 minutes to get ready and we left. We all hopped into Midas' gold boat and drove over to Weeping Woods. Once we got there I saw someone running.

"Over there!" I yelled and started running.

The boat hadn't even stopped yet but I jumped out and rolled onto the ground. I jumped up and ran after them. They ran over to the bridge and started running up the stairs. I could tell that it was Shade. She got ahead of me as I tripped on the stairs. I looked back up and saw she was already halfway across the bridge. Maya ran to the other side so she was trapped on the bridge. She jumped off the bridge and started swimming downstream down towards the Agency. I jumped in after her as Midas and Maya ran to the boat. Shade and I were far before Midas and Maya made it to the boat. When we got to the water surrounding the Agency she started swimming to Risky. Bomb's group was at Risky, great.

I tapped my earpiece and let them know that she was coming. I kept swimming after her until Midas caught up to me. Maya grabbed my hand and helped me onto the boat as Midas kept driving. I saw Shade running into Risky. We stopped the boat and ran into Risky after her.

We made it inside to see Shade holding TNTina with a knife to her neck. Bomb was standing there frozen begging for her not to hurt TNTina. We didnt see Brutus anywhere. Midas, Maya, and I stayed back.

"Maya head up with the sniper and aim at Shade's head" Midas demanded as Maya did so.
"Y/n go to the right and aim at her head with your gun and I will do the same to the left" Midas ordered.
"Got it" I went over to the right and hid in a bush.

Shade held the knife closer to TNTina's neck. Then all of a sudden we heard a gun shot go off. Shade fell down to the ground as TNTina ran to Shade hugging her and crying.

I looked around and saw Brutus holding a pistol pointing to where Shades head was. Everyone went and hugged TNTina trying to comfort her. She was really shaken up from what just happened but I completely understand.
