"Hey how was your night" she say in a groggy voice.
Hailey's POV*
When Vanessa says that I look at Jay then back at Vanessa and say "good". " Wow, okay just good, because I know you didn't come home last night so I ask you again, how was your night" Vanessa says with her eyes now staring deep into my soul looking for the answer. "we had sex okay" I say without thinking, "Hailey! "said jay as both of our faces turn red. "I knew it" Vanessa say still trying not to wake up Ry who is still asleep on top of her. After that awkward moment Jay kisses my cheek and say goodbye to Vanessa then leaves.
There was a little bit of awkward silence after Jay left before I say. "So you did my dishes and cleaned up, thank you". "Yeah was that okay because-" before she could finish is say "No, no it was really helpful. Taking care of a toddler is a lot of work." We talk for a while before Ry wakes up. "hey bud who'd you sleep?" says Vanessa. "good" Ry says still a little out of it. " Well your mom came home" Vanessa say. "Mommy" said Ry, "yeah bud mommy" said Vanessa. That when Ryder jumped off Vanessa and ran over to me where I pick him up and gave him a kiss. Me and Vanessa talked for some time until she let to go home and shower. While I got Ryder dressed to go to the park and stop by the Ice cream place on the way back home.
Sorry I took awhile I just started school so not gonna post for somewhat long periods of time. Hope y 'all enjoyed this chapter.
