Hailey POV*

"Hailey, Hailey!" I hear as I wake up. "Jay, babe get up" I say shaking his arm as the sound gets louder. "What wrong" he ask sitting in bed. "I don't know" I say putting on my slippers and walking out our room. "Hailey!" I hear following the voice to Amira's room. I rush into her room to see her tossing and turning in her bed. I quickly kneel down by her bedside to feel her forehead. "Hailey!" She says still turning. "I'm right here" I say wiping her sweat filled forehead. "It hurts" she say crying. "What does" I say. "Everything, it hurts, it hurts!" She say holding her stomach as she cry's. "Jay! Call 9-1-1" I yell. "What's wrong" he says calling them. "She says everything hurts, I don't know, her stomach hurts" I say wiping her eyes I'm now sitting on her bed holding and rocking her. "I got her go put on some pants and a sweatshirt, I'll take her downstairs" he says trading places with me and wrapping Amira in her blanket. I change quickly and hurry downstairs to meet Jay.

"They here yet" I ask over Amira's cries. "No not yet" he says. "We called over 10 minutes ago" I say frustrated. A minute later and the ambulance gets here. The paramedics come in and start checking her out."She's seizing" one of them say as Jay holding me. "Oh my god" he says. "Has she had any stomach problems or a history of stomach issues" one of the ask. "She threw up yesterday,but she wanted to go to school" I say. "I should've stayed home with her" I add. "You couldn't have known" He says rubbing my arm. "We're re taking her to MED" they says putting her on the stretcher and take her to the rig. We get outside and I see a few neighbors standing outside their front doors. "Are you two coming with" one of them say as the sound of a Rowan crying comes from the monitor. "Rowan-" I start. "Hailey I got it you go with them" Jay says helping me into the rig. They shut the door and start drive to the hospital.

"Hailey!" she says crying. "Yeah, I'm right here" I say holding by her hand. "It hurts" she whimpers looking at me through the tears. "I know, I'm so sorry, baby" I says brushing the hair from her forehead. "You can't give her anything for the pain" I say. "No ma'am but I gave her something to relax it should kick in" he says.  "We're here" the other paramedic says stopping the car at the MED entrance.

They take her out the rig and roll the gurney through the ED. I never let go of her hand through the whole way. "Hailey, am I gonna die" she says her red eye piercing my soul. "No baby, you're going to be just fine" I says as they transfer her to the hospital bed. "Ma'am you need to give us some space" a nurse says. "No I can't leave her" I says still holding her hand. "Ma'am we can't work if your in the way, you can wait right outside" another says. "Hailey, I don't want you to go" She says holding my hand tighter, I kiss her forehead. "I have to, I'm sorry" I say loosening her grip on me. "No, Hailey!" She screams. "I'm so sorry" I say wiping my tears as I walking out the room.

Jay POV*

I watch as the ambulance drives off, the bright lights from the loud sirens moving quickly until they're out of sight. "Hey neighbor, you need anything just call" the neighbor to the right says going back into his house. I shut the door on the way in Going up to the baby's room to feed change her. "Sissy going to be okay." I says rocking her back to sleep. "Where's mommy" I hear a little voice say. I put a sleep Rowan in her crib and turn around to see Ryder standing in the door. "Mommy went to the hospital" I say picking him up and take him back to his room. "Why?" He asks as I tuck him in. "Because Amira's super sick but she'll be okay, everything's going to be okay" I tell him and myself.

Hailey POV*

"Ma'am here's her blanket" a nurse say handing me her blanket. "Thank you" I say checking the time. It's 6:40 and I decided to call Jay. I walk to the bathroom and check the stalls to make sure no's in there before calling. "Mommy" the boys say answering the phone. "Hi boys" I say cheering up at the sound of their voice. "Mommy I ate cereal for breakfast and Ry-Ry ate cereal to" Auggie say. "That great buddy can you put dad on the phone" I say hearing background noise. "Bye boys I love you both" I say hearing Jay in the back. "Love you too" they say. "Hails, it's just me" he says, but I can't respond I just start braking down into a heavy sob. "Hailey, I'm on my way there, I just need to drop off the kids" he says. "Have you heard anything" he asks. "No nothing they're still working on her" I say as the sobbing turns to a soft whimper. "I need you" I says rubbing a hand over my face. "I going as fast as I can" he says. "She didn't want to let go of my hand and she-" I start. "I know Babe" he says. "Can I call you back once I'm on the way there" he says. "Yeah go get the other kids to school" I says. "I love you, always" he says. "I love you too, always" I say as he hangs up.
