Chapter 74

*POV is still Melodic mood*

"I dont know what you're talking about." Golem immediately put both phones into his pocket.

"Sure you dont." I rolled my eyes.

This boy who normally acts like he's the most powerful person in the world looked like he was about to fall apart at the seams.

"Hand over the phones." I demanded.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone.

"Both phones."

He begrudgingly pulled out Shining's phone and handed them both to me.

"I was trying to find Shining to give her back her phone. She dropped it Friday." He began to fumble over his words.

My phone began to ring. I quickly answered my phone while keeping my eyes on him. I decided to put her on speaker so he could hear exactly what she would say.

"Hello sister. I know right now the best time, but I just finished reviewing the recovered footage and he's involved."

"Thank you. Send it to my phone please. I'll handle the rest."

"Ok I'm sending it now."

All color drained from his face as he quickly realized how screwed he was.

"Do you want to try that again?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

In his panic he rushed past me while shoving me into the wall.

I took a breath and began to sing. "Don't run away.Don't run away from the truth. 'Cause I'm not giving up on you."

Immediately he froze about half way down the hall.

"Don't run away. Don't run away from the truth. 'Cause I'm not giving up on you." I sang as I walked over to him.

"Security is on their way to your location." Logos said while I continued to sing.

Before long Golem was restrained by security and I was given the chance to look over the video footage.

At first everything seemed calm they were just walking back across the school grounds, but then Golem did something and Shining froze in place.

I had to zoom in a few times in order to actually see he stuck her in the neck with a needle.

I watched up until I saw the lowlives put her in their trunk and drive off.

I was shaking with anger as I began to walk down the hall.

*POV change to Shining dragon*

I gasped for air as this hairy man held me in air by my throat.

"It looks like someone needs to teach you some manners." He growled at me.

"Bear hurry up." A smaller man whispered while poking his head through the door like it wasn't even there.

The man growled like some sort of wild animal.

"You know I wonder who this beat is under this mask." He began to reach for my mask with his free hand.

Suddenly his face twisted as he abruptly dropped me. I would have completely fallen to the ground if I wasn't still cuffed to the wall. Instead severe pain radiated through my shoulder and down my arm.

If I hadn't been gasping for air I probably would have screamed in pain.

There was still a screaming, but it wasn't coming form me.
