Doctor Thompson guided me all the way to her office leaving everyone else unsupervised.

"Ah Elizabeth, just the hero I need right now." The director exclaimed as she wrapped her arm around me.

She started to guide me away from her office and into one of the various secret elevators through out the base.

"Did I do something wrong?"

Does she know about me still knowing Taurus? It hasn't even been a full day since mood told me.

"No quiet the opposite really. You're doing great and I have a special mission for you."  She was practically dragging me along with her.

"A mission?" I asked quietly

I was slightly excited until I noticed storm clouds in the distance. I looked up at the trees and saw the leaves were flipped over to accept the incoming rain.

"Its going to storm." I mumbled and I could tell she heard me, but chose to ignore it.

"Normally I'd give you time to go get ready for a mission, but this is very time sensitive." The director said as she began to guide me to a black van. "Illusionary will meet you there. This man."

She showed me her phone and a picture of a man with jet black hair and dark brown eyes.

She placed her hand on my shoulder as she opened the door to the van.

"I'm sorry why am I the one going again? Aren't there are people more qualified for this than me?" I asked warily. "Like it's going to rain and I dont even have a jacket."

"Dont worry you be fine." She brushed off my question and practically shoved me in the van.

As soon as the door closed the van began its journey.

It was probably only a half hour long trip that I spent watching the rain rush down the windows and trying to figure out why I was chosen to do this mission. Whatever this mission even was.

The van abruptly stopped and the door swung open.

"Great you're here!" A blonde man popped out of no where. "I've been waiting for you."

He grabbed my wrist and pulled me from the van into the freezing rain.

"I'm Illusionary." He smiled and looked at himself. "Sorry let's try this." He waved his hand and he actually looked like the the picture that the director showed me.

His black hair was sticking to his face as rain pour down on us.

"Ok enough with introductions." He began to walk towards a old looking bank. "It's a hostage situation. They said they would to talk to you and only you."

I found it kind of ironic that we were just playing a game about hostages in training.

"I was told this is time sensitive. How much time do I have?" I asked after I caught up to him

"You've got to go in immediately. They threatened to blow the place up at 6pm unless you show up." He looked down at his watch. "So you have fifteen minutes to get in there."

That totally doesn't add any pressure.

I quiet for a moment as I  tried to remember everything I learned in that negotiation class from a few weeks ago.

"Do they have any demands?" I asked softly.

"All they said is they'll only talk to you." He said while holding the door open for me. "He is in the vault with six hostages."
