I woke up to find I was still in the testing room, but I was covered in a white powdery substance.
I immediately was hit with the feeling of being extremely loopy, and only partly being able to tell I was actually awake.
"What happened?" I sat up and found three doctors standing around me.
"Doctor Thompson may have over done the darts." The only female doctor said as she glared at a man with black and grey hair and glasses. "But they seemed to trigger your powers and we had to put you out, so we could wake you up."
Doctor Thompson reached out and I grabbed his hand before he forced me to my feet.
I stumbled a bit at first but slowly began to gain my bearings.
I laughed once I glanced at the ground and saw an outline of me on ground where I had been laying. The ground itself was singed black, I'm assuming from me being on fire.
I looked down at the other doctor's hands as saw a fire extinguisher.
"Doesn't that stuff hurt?" I asked.
"Is it hurting you?"
I stood there and thought hard while looking at my arms. "No, but I am cold."
"Good." There was a knock on the door. "Come in."
The door casually opened and my blue hair guardian angel walked into the room.
"No thoughts. Not ok." Immediately everyone looked at me.
"Excuse me?" Doctor Thompson asked while helping me stand.
"Nothing. Just thinking." I mumbled.
"Thinking doesnt require talking." He grumbled.
"Don't be rude to her. Its your fault she needs a chaperone to her room now." The nice lady doctor said.
The third doctor handed Melodic Mood their fire extinguisher. "You might need this."
"Are her powers acting out again?" Melodic Mood had a slightly concerned look.
"Doctor Thompson thought it was necessary for a dart machine to be set to shoot her 17 times." The female doctor gestured her hand to us and I instinctively waved at them.
"What was on the darts?" Melodic mood walked over to me.
"He said they were just standard sleep darts..."
"I'm cold." I stated interrupting.
"Due to the amount of times she got hit we are surprised the antidote is even working a little bit right now."
I yawned and reached to rub my eyes when the doctor stopped me.
"Dont rub your eyes."
Doctor Thompson ended up storming off after Melodic Mood grabbed my arm.
The doctors continued to give her some rules that I ended up zoning out on because the room started spinning.
Suddenly I was stabbed in the arm.
"Hey!" I yelled while I ended up bumping into Melodic Mood.
"That should be enough to keep her awake until you get her to her dorm. Just send her through Decontamination.
"Yes ma'am." She stated with no emotion at all.
The doctors left us a d Melodic mood guided me to a room off of the testing too.
"We are going in here for a moment." She gestured to the door.
"Ok."
She pretty much forced me into the room and hit a big yellow button in the wall.
"Turn away and take you mask off so your face will get cleaned too."
I did as she ordered as cold water began to spray onto us.
I uncontrollably yelped in surprise. Melodic mood instantly placed a hand on my arm in a comforting manner.
The cold water only lasted for almost a minute and was immediately replaced with warm air jets blasting us dry.
"Put your mask back on." She yelled as the jets were turning off.
As soon as I did as she said she began to guide me by holding my wrist and pretty much dragging me.
I may have put my mask on inside out but she didn't say anything about it.
"Can I carry the fire extinguisher?" I asked looking at the shiny canister she was carrying in her other arm.
"No." She said as she pulled me down a more lively looking hall.
"Hey little lark. Who's the new kid?" a guy with jet black hair in a yellow shirt smirked as he stood in our path.
I looked up at the blue haired girl and her stormy grey eyes were turing into typhoons.
"Tu la mets en colère." I mumbled as I tried to pull my wrist free to point at him.
His frowned eyebrows as he tried to piece together what I said.
"I'm on duty so I have to ask you to get out of my way." She spoke through her teeth.
"I didn't realize you were on babysitting duty." He laughed as he ruffled my hair.
Instinctively I punched forward and hit the man in the gut and he doubled over.
"She's not a babysitter." I practically growled as he doubled over.
I heard Melodic mood snicker for a split second.
The guy stood back up with anger filling his eyes before his fist made contact with my lip. I couldn't feel the pain at all but the area began to spin like the testing room. A black ring began to form around my vision as Melodic mood stood in between the guy and myself.
They were yelling something at eachother, but I couldn't understand them.
"Mood..." I mumbled as I grabbed the wall to keep standing.
She turned to face me a d I grabbed her shoulder and pulled her closer to I could whisper to her.
"I'm gonna..." I was cut off my a feeling rising in my stomach and I pushed her to the side and threw up right at the guy's feet.
He let out an ungodly screech as Melodic Mood grabbed my arm and rushed me into a room.
She almost had me to sit on a bed, but instead I sat down on the floor next to it. She went into the small bathroom in the back of the room and cam back with a glass of water.
"I'm sorry I caused trouble for you." I leaned my head against the mattress.
"He was asking for it." She sat down next to me and handed me the glass.
"I didnt mean to vomit on him." I stared at the glass while I spoke.
"They said it might be a side effect. The water should help a bit."
