After we finished eating we ended up heading to the common room to watch the news.

I sat down on the couch and Mood turned tv over to HRN.

Claire leaned against the armrest while Mood sat down on the other side of the couch.

We were watching the interview for a bit and it seemed like the news was pushing on me defending myself with the photos from when Hydron was yelling at me. Like I assumed they were infact taking pictures of everything that happened on set.

"I'm surprised that went over so well." Mood stated calmly. "Good job."

I couldn't help but smile like an idiot.

I was smiling until the news went into a while segment about me having feelings for a mystery person.

"Now Harold, who do you think that this mystery lover is?" A woman asked the man who hosted the interview.

"Well anyone would think it would be a guy, but Shining Dragon actually identified this mystery person as a woman." The anchor smiled as if he had cracked some code. "We figured out pretty quickly who. Immediately after the interview this picture was captured."

The screen flashed to a picture of me carrying Claire on my back and we were both smiling. It seemed as though they purposely cropped Mood out of the picture.

Claire was dying laughing at this point.

"What makes you so sure that they aren't friends?" The woman asked.

"Well firstly, friends wouldn't be that close." He said as if he knew everything. "Second, remember Shining dragon's first fight that we caught on camera?"

The woman nodded her head.

"This is the same hero she was working so hard to defend. Most heroes would help their fellow hero to an extent, but their primary focus would be on taking down the enemy."

"I suppose it does make since Harold." The woman chimed in again.

"This is just great." I mumbled.

Claire slid off the arm of the couch and landed in my lap.

"What you dont want to be my lover?" She asked in an over dramatic offended tone.

I abruptly stood up effectively knocking her off my lap.

"We've got to fix this." I sighed and dusted off my lap.

"I'm afraid that wont work." Claire said while sitting on the floor. "The more you fight the story the more interest there will be in it."

I pinched the bridge of my nose and sighed.

"That is unless you want to clear it up with them who you really have a crush on." She said while wiggling her eyebrows.

Mood was silent just watching the whole exchange going on and seemed to be processing everything.

"Nope." I could feel the blush creeping onto my cheeks. "They'll get bored of this story right?"

"Probably, probably not." Claire said as she finally got up. "I'm not a fortune teller."

"I'm never going to live this down..." I sighed as she causally walked over to me.

"What am I not a suitable partner for you?" Claire tease. "Oh that's right you'd rather..." I quickly slapped my hand over her mouth.

"Watch your words or I might have to melt your lips together." I warned her as I slowly removed my hand.

"Oh someone's feisty tonight." She smirked as she booped my nose.

"As amusing as this is it is getting a bit late maybe we should call it a night." Mood said as she got up from the couch.

I wasn't positive but I thought I heard a slight bit of irritation in her voice.

"I agree."

"Dont forget to check your phones. We got our teams for Monday's field day." Mood said as she held her phone up.

"Wait I can actually go on a field day now?" I excitedly grabbed my phone and saw that it was dead. "Merde."

"You have until Monday to find out dont worry." Mood started to walk back towards the dorms

'Ok what is she not saying?' I mentally questioned.

Claire didnt seem to care to much instead she jumped on my back again and had me carry her.

"You know you'd think someone with super speed would rather just quickly get where she wants to go instead of being carried by someone else." I stated while adjusting how she was on my back to avoid her leg rubbing against the area with the fresh tattoo.

The remainder of the walk to our dorms was filled with the silence of the empty halls.
