'Time to go.' Scrawled across the screen before it appeared ro short circuit.

I quickly packed all if the hard drives into the backpack and put it back on.

As I was about to leave the elevator door slammed closed and a screeching metal sound began to get closer. Occasionally I'd hear a loud clashing noise as the elevator slammed through emergency breaks on various floors.

'The elevator is coming down.'

"What?" I accidentally questioned out loud.

I looked over to the security footage and the cameras went out in that room while Shining was at the closed door.

The camera Shining was wearing started glitching as it looked like she was thrown or dove away.

'Can you fix the cameras?'

'I'm trying.'

Suddenly the screen went white. Then the sound of come one coughing hit my ear.

"God that stinks." Shining mumbled. "What kind of metal is this?"

"Dont scare me like that." I said even though I knew it wasn't her fault.

"Sorry the doors locked, I had to melt it."

The camera feed went back to normal, just in time to see Shining throw up.

"Are you ok?" I asked while glancing behind me at a couple people that gaged at the sight.

"Do you want the truth or do you want me to make you feel like I've got this?"

"I want the truth."

"I'm in so much fucking pain." She sighed and slowly began to climb the ladder. "I wasn't in the best of conditions when I came down here."

She wasn't saying anything about my file. I couldn't help but worry about what she thought about it.

"You always tell me how reckless I am." She laughed a bit. "Which do you think is more reckless, the fact I almost got hit by that elevator or the fact I came down here?"

My heart rate shot through the roof upon hearing her question.

"Shining right now isn't the time for this. You need to get back up here." I tried to make it sound like I was warning her, but I kept worrying about losing her.

"Then you're going to have to distract me with something other than the ninty percent chance I'm not going to make it out of here."

"Dont talk like that." I cringed at the idea.

"Mood, I'm in pain and tired as hell. The longer I'm holding my arms over my head the harder it is to breathe, so please distract me." She sounded like she was grasping at straws to stay motivated.

"Are you familiar with Shakespeare?"

"Dead guy who wrote poems right?"

"For someone who can tell you which composer wrote an opera by the first few stanzas, you would think you'd know a famous playwrite and poet." I joked with her in hopes to ease some tension.

"Ok so dead guy that write poems and plays." I could hear her chuckle. "What can I say I'm not really a fan of reading."

"Well what do you know about Romeo and Juliet?" I asked while intently watching the screen.

"It was hard to read, so I skipped to the end."

*POV change to Shining dragon*

It was hard to climb this ladder, but I couldn't fail this mission.
