I ended up just hiding out in my dorm for the remainder of the night. Apparently at some point I had fallen asleep and woke up to find I had a message about having three training sessions to attend today.

The first training sessions name was a bit concerning. 'Villain course training.'

I was feeling a bit warm this morning so I just went with a long sleeve shirt under my black shirt. After I decided it should be warm enough I quickly ran out of my room and to the training room to find out what they meant by its name.

I was surprised when I saw the room was full of the green and white recruits, and Mood talking to Doctor Thompson. She looked like she was concerned or irritated about something.

"Ok it looks like everyone is here!" Doctor Thompson yelled excitedly as he obviously had cut Mood off. "Let's get ready then shall we."

"What exactly are we doing?" I asked but he ignored me and went to setting up the obstacle course.

"We are playing villain." Mood said as she motioned for me to follow her. "We have to stop them from saving the target. While they have to work around us being stronger and make a plan to stop us."

"Oh is this that villain game Miss Cupid mentioned yesterday?"

"Yes. You just have to act like a threat, try not to really hurt them though."

For a few minutes she stood in silence sing they were give fifteen minutes to come up with a plan.

"Are you upset about yesterday?" Mood asked quietly. "Lightspeed said you might be upset since you locked yourself in your room."

I was surprised that they thought I was upset.

"No. I was never upset." I leaned against one of the raised platforms. "I just got a bit... overwhelmed."

"Overwheled?" She questioned like she didn't believe my choice of word.

'Maybe she was feeling bad for me getting sent out after she sang.' I mentally questioned.

"Yeah, like the whole thing with my friend and Lightspeed, then went straight into a lesson where I had six girls hitting on me. It's a bit overwhelming."

She seemed to agree with it now. "I'm glad you're not upset." She turned to face the other recruits as if she was waiting for them to start.

After a few seconds I began to think of the conversation with Ethan about something having happened.

"Hey Mood what happened the other night?" I asked while looking around the room.

"One of the patrol teams were ambushed. One recruits dropped out of the program, two of them are in medway, but the fourth one was Taurus..." She sighed while not taking her eyes off the green and white recruits.

I'm fairly certain she remembered I'm bad at names since she went on to explain the boy's power.

"The boy who could turn into a bull made sure they got away."

I know I probably should be sad about the kid, but my mind was racing with a million thoughts about how it could have been Claire, Mood or even myself. My mind was in a panic until it was calmed down by an obvious question ringing through my head.

"What about their hero? Weren't they supposed to protect them? " I asked softly while trying to keep my breathing steady.

"I dont know. The report doesn't mention what happened to him, but either he was captured or he was compromised."

The way she was acting she seemed nervous like she wasn't supposed to tell me this.

"This is classified isn't it?" I asked quietly and she just softly nodded. "Then why are you telling me of all people?"

"Because you deserve to know. Everyone does but I cant tell anyone else, because everyone that wasn't on the team got their memories wiped. The remaining members will most likely be wiped too." She seemed to be a bit irritated now talking about it.

"Except us?"

I honestly wasn't sure how to feel about this news. One one hand that means no one will be depressed and scared they'll be next, but on the other hand that means they will be forgotten.

"Except us." She spoke softly. "They know I didn't have my memory wiped, but I thought the choice should be up to you on if you keep yours. So I didn't tell them you were with me."

"They aren't going to wipe yours are they?" She gently shook her head. "I'm keeping them." She glanced over at me like she was slightly surprised about my choice. "We all agreed to become heroes knowing its not easy and not every hero survives. We shouldn't forget those who fell just because it will hurt."

"Sadly not everyone agrees with that." She had a couple tears in her eyes, but had a slight smile. "But you're right a hero's sacrifice shouldn't be forgotten."

"No one deserves to be forgotten." I glanced down at the ground.

This seemed to be bothering her more than she was going to let on.

"We should probably focus on this now. It seems they've decided on a plan." Mood gestured across the obstacle course and saw them starting to split up.

I guess I'll just have to try and cheer her up later when we're not busy.

The entire villain game lasted about an hour before they actually started to work together and won.

The yellow and orange recruits began to slowly fill into the room.

"It looks like you're staying here." Mood said looking at a schedule. "I'll see you at the next training session after this."

"Ok." I couldn't help but smile at her serious face "Go have fun without me."

"I don't think this meeting is going to be fun." Somehow I managed to make her smile as she spoke.

"You never know." I smirked before joining the group so the training could start.

We all lined up where our names appeared and of course mine was last like always.

"Ok these are your teams." Doctor Thompson spoke as a bright green light split the group in half. "Decide on which member on the opposing team is going to be your hostage."

"Sir what are we doing?"  Claire asked with no restraint.

"We are playing a new game called save the hostage. It's kind of like capture the flag." Doctor Thompson held up a clipboard and pointed around the room. "Both teams will have a hostage and you have to save the hostage and get them back to your side. If you get the hostage, but your opponent pins the hostage or you while you're guiding them, you both become hostages."

"How do we win?"

"Save all the hostages or catch everyone in the other team."

"I guess it makes sense." I mumbled to myself.

"Oh yeah one more thing. No using your powers. Only sparing." Doctor Thompson stated with wicked smile as the room began to change into a new obstacle course. "You won't be able to use your power and get out of every situation, so pick your hostage wisely."

I honestly wasnt surprised that I got chosen to be the hostage, but just as Steel was guiding me back to our teams 'base' my phone began to go off.

I ignored it since we were in the middle of training.

"Everyone freeze." Doctor Thompson walked up to me after we all stopped the game. "Miss Shining dragon it would seem that The Director needs to talk to you."
