*Shining Dragon's pov still*
I was staring at the suit hydron had gifted me. It was a red suit with golden dragons and flowers decorating it with a solid white button-up and a white mask.
"Something about this is suspicious." I spoke softly.
"I agree." She said while examining the items in front of us. "It's a lose-lose situation."
"What do you mean?"
"If you don't wear it. Hydron will make it seem like you don't appreciate him as a hero on live TV, but if you do wear it, there is a chance he did something to it."
"So I wear it." I stated, trying to think about the best outcome. "Then, after the interview, I changed back into these clothes." I said while referencing my current outfit. "And so no one can come take these ones. Would you hold onto them for me?"
"Of course." She said as she watched me undress.
"Why do I feel like you're here just to watch me get dressed?" I teased, and as a blush hinted at her cheeks.
I gently kissed her before turning my attention back to getting dressed.
"Do you think he'll say something if I don't wear the tie?" I said as I put on the jacket. "Or the mask?" I said while holding the flimsy looking mask.
"He might," She said as she took the mask from me. "But this feels like he wants to unmask you."
She tossed the mask back into its box.
"Also, it looks nicer without the tie." She said while un buttoning a few buttons on the white shirt.
She smirked as she stepped back.
"Shining Dragon. Ten minutes." One of the stage hands shouted through the door.
"Ok, I'll be out soon." I said while I gathered my old clothes and handed them to Mood.
"Ready?" She asked as she looked me over.
"One more thing." I said with a smirk.
I walked over and quickly pulled her closer and gave her a kiss.
"Now I'm ready." I said as a soft blush filled her cheeks.
I readjusted my mask before we left the room. I was quickly ushered to the set and was guided to sit on a couch next to Hydron, who was too busy on his phone to notice I sat next to him. I also quickly noticed he was wearing a white suit with a golden colored shirt.
"Thank you for the gift." I said while trying to be civil.
"Yeah, no problem." He said without looking up from his phone.
I noticed that the host was in a chair on the other side of me, and he was busy giving orders to various people.
I also noticed the crowd was extremely quiet. They all seem to be very intensely staring at us as if waiting for something big to happen.
"We are live in..." a stage hand said before counting down with his hands.
"Hello everyone!" The host said charmingly before the crowd began to cheer. "Today, we have the top two heroes with us today. The ladies' favorite, Hydron, and the quick rising hero Shining Dragon."
When he introduced me, I smiled and waved. While Hydron seemed to be trying to charm the camera.
"I will say it's amazing how fast she rose to be tied for top hero so fast. Hydron, you better watch out." The man teased.
"For real." Hydron laughed. "She came from out of nowhere."
"I actually fell out of a building." I added the crowd began to laugh, and so did the host.
