The Next Day...

I woke up VERY tired this morning since I went to sleep after 3 am last night. That was four hours of sleep. But I didn't regret last night even a tiny bit. It was absolutely amazing, every second of it. I could be so tired to the point where I literally couldn't get up and still not regret any of last night.

But anyway, I got out of bed with a small, tired smile on my face then walked to my closet to get dressed. I put on a red cropped t-shirt with a black windbreaker over it as well as some black ripped jeans. I tied my hair into a ponytail, brushed my teeth, then went to school.

Once I got to school, Jack and I met up and walked in together. Just as we walked in though, the bell sadly rang. So Jack and I hugged then kissed quickly before going our separate ways to our own classes.

I went to my first period class and sat at my regular seat beside Lucas. We greeted each other happily like usual.

It's been quite a long time since I asked Lucas or Alena how their relationship has been going since I was so caught up with my family issues and what not. But now since that problem was a little bit better and I was mentally feeling better, I decided to ask.

"So how have things been with Alena?" I asked Lucas with a smile. "I think everything's going really well. We're taking it really slow though 'cause neither of us like the idea of dating someone before being friends with them first." He answered, also with a smile.

"Oh really? Do you guys still like each other though?" I asked him curiously. "Oh yeah, I definitely like her a lot. But personally I always think relationships are bound to end up failing if there's no friendship at all from beforehand. And apparently Alena agrees." Lucas explained.

"You guys seem literally perfect for each other, I'm so excited." I said and both of us laughed.

After School...

Jack and I drove back home separately like usual. But once we did get home, we met in the middle, also like usual just to say goodbye to each other and what not.

Once we met in the middle we pulled each other into a tight hug. A few seconds later, we pulled back a little bit with our arms still around each other and looked into each others eyes.

Just as I was about to speak up to say goodbye, Jack spoke up.

"Hey, is your mom home right now?" Jack asked me, looking down at me as he pushed a small amount of my hair that fell from my ponytail behind my ear. "Uh, no I don't think so. She went to work earlier today." I answered. "Oh, today is the day she'll be home at like 11 right?" Jack asked me with a smile.

"Yeah. You wanna chill for a while?" I smiled as well, looking into his eyes. "For sure. But first.. my dad and mom too actually want you to come over for like, lunch or something." Jack told me, still while smiling. "Oh, my dad told me that but I didn't think it'd actually happen.. I'm kinda nervous.." I said with a small chuckle. "What are you nervous for?" He asked me, also with a chuckle. "He's not mad at you at all, I promise. I don't think he ever was." Jack assured me.

"But still.. now I feel all shy around your parents." I said a bit quieter, still while smiling. "Roni," Jack chuckled again as he cupped my face. "both of them still love you. They're the same people you've known for your whole life." He explained with a cute smile.

"I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm not gonna force you and neither are they so if you don't want to, I can tell them that and we can just chill in the treehouse for a while." Jack also suggested before kissing my forehead. "Um.." I said, looking down while thinking a little bit. "It's fine. We can go." I said, looking back up into his eyes with a smile. "Sure?" Jack asked me, also with a small smile as his thumb lightly caressed my cheek. I nodded before leaning up and pecking his lips.
